I was contacted by letter that my client (which I am ***** of ********* owes money. no explanation no nothing of the charges listed. Reference #******** now i want them to leave my client alone. She is 80 and living a nursing home for a year and half now.MEDSTAR *** #********

As stated from previous reviewers this company tries to be very intimidating and lacks communication skills, but takes pride in putting inaccuracies onto peoples credit reports and then to add more damage theyll flag your account. I have filed a complaint with the **** to do further investigation because clearly Experian and transunion only does limited verifiable information and continuously and recklessly carrying on inputting non verifiable info on my report. I take no responsibility of the alleged debt and unaware of where this is coming from. I have asked for proof/contracts on all parties involved. The are three different balances on my Experian and transunion report. The first one from Experian stated $556 then couple weeks later after a dispute was filed it changes to $557 although transunion still states $556. Which one is it?? They have violated my rights as a consumer, do your research (609, 611 we have rights and statue of limitations Im sure theres more to it), and they have ruined my life and my kids life and now well be homeless and Ill loose my job because of this alleged debt this company has put onto my report. I am a single mother trying to survive day by day and this company just caused me even more emotional distress I dont know what Im going to do now to provide a roof over my childrens head for something I do not own. I cant stop crying everyday because merchant and medical continuously keeps reporting inaccuracies. I want this removed immediately!! I dont owe merchant and medical and I dont owe ************************** Remove this from my report!! I also provided proof to prove that this isnt my debt and how they are inconsistent with their allegations, and will report anything just to destroy you.

I've been dealing with this company for 2 years now. Supposed credit/ debt collections but their health care? Sounds fishy. I had a fraudulent account opened in my name it went on my credit report. I've asked numerus times to send me information also an affidavit of fraud paper to fill out so I can go after the person who opened an account in my name . They still can't do that. Also when they address you they use aka and then your name. Who just uses aka then the person's name? Bbb definitely needs to investigate this business claiming their a debt collector but run under a health care name.

This company is in violation of the ***** On countless occasion i contacted this company and let them know that the information that they report is inaccurate but they never update their information and continue to furnish and report inaccurate information. They can only report information that is accurate and they have failed to do so.

They are crooked with NO INTEGRITY.Called the people that they said I owed and was told O BALANCE! They are trying to get money from me because they are CROOKS. I live on social security only and don't owe anyone anything. I hope they GO OUT OF BUSINESS before they put lies on Someone else credit report??
