Zero ****** stars!!!! Overall ****** *** "Last Resort" company, Everyone that works there are either slow or just dont give ** about customers or respect! I got this loan on 2/4/23, Did not receive payment booklet ot interview until 1 wk later after i already had my car, Mrs Brooks or whatever her name was lacks Knowledge of anything, I called to ask who my advisor was 'Oh i don't know it changes every month". I asked how do you know know who it is now for the current month?" She tahan got smart stating i needed to call back, I was so frustrated i started crying, You could hear her laughing. They than came and put a tracker on my car after i never signed anything to do so, Its crazy we have to get treated like shit because these people dont want to do there job as well as lack knowledge. CLOSE THIS BUSINESS DOWN BEFORE IT GETS WORST, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!!

If i could give this company zero stars I would, It is extremely shifty and shady. I asked for my remaining balance and was told I would have to fax a letter requesting the pay off information. I just want to know the balance, they don't even have a portal to view those things. I called in today 12/17/21 to just let them know I can't afford my payment, and I know I was behind and I acknowledged that I was behind and wouldn't be able to make that payment even after I said I would be able to. Circumstances are hard for most Americans, and I am no different. I acknowledged I was late and wouldn't be able to make the payment and was told my vehicle would be repossessed which is fine as I couldn't make the payment. The representative though was extremely rude and demeaning, insinuating that I was poor and couldn't afford my payment. I know I couldn't make it but I didn't need to be demeaned by them or not have my questions answered such as, what happens when it's repossessed and how much would I have to pay if it gets auctioned or necessarily what portion I'd have to pay of the remaining balance. I also inquired about the 10 day payoff but was informed that because I couldn't afford it it didn't matter. Finally when I asked to speak to someone else she wouldn't allow me and then when I asked for her name she flat out hung up on me, trust me I will be contacting my lawyer to fine comb through policies and my loan agreement because if she violated anything by not answering a question or hanging up on me while I asked very specific information that should have been given I will seek any and all legal recourse. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE. NOT TO MENTION VERY SHADY!!!
