              Paid to park my car in a parking garage. Left it in there until 2:50 AM. The garage was closed @2:30. Came back today and no one was letting us in. There was a very uncooperative security guard who wouldn’t even let the police speak with her supervisor. Overall a very unfortunate and unfair situation. There was about 10 of us outside attempting to get in the garage. The manager George of the federal parking garage was reluctant to come and open it or send someone. Repeatedly hung the phone up on me in a very rude fashion.

              My daughter just moved into Centerpoint Apartments which is very expensive to live, however the problem is she and myself have had many disrespectful and rude comments from the parking attendants assigned to CenterPoint garage. She purchase parking monthly, therefore it should be hardly any interactions, or engaging with them. My daughter device fell into her car and she was unaware of it until she was exiting the parking lot, the attendant was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional and asked her to pay, knowingly that she is a resident that has a device and at that time the device was not registering until she realized that it had fallen. To be exact the rudeness usually happens on the evening shifts. I have witnessed some instances where the attendants are letting people exit without paying and putting cash money in their pockets which is unethical and dishonest.
