My *** which is a **** *********** overheated on Wednesday November 16, 2022 at or about 8:00am when I was exiting off of the MacArthur Blvd off 580 and I called Letcher **** Auto repair about 8:30am and no one answer the phone so I left a brief message about my van over heating and I was going to call AAA roadside service and have it towed to their shop so that my van can be checked for the problem. I took my van to Letcher **** auto repair on 8/30/2022 because my *** was over heating, I was told that I needed a new radiator and thermostat so I had that repair work done and then weeks afterward about 10-25-2022 my van started back over heating so I call ****-the owner and told him and I took my van back to Letcher **** Auto repair shop and I told him to have all of my hoses checked and the only hoses that were checked and replaced was the upper hoses. After getting my van out of the repair shops weeks later on Wednesday 11-16-2022 at 8:00am morning while driving to ******* to take my greatgranddaughter to school as I stated in the beginning of my message while exiting the ************** off ****************************************** the streets and I had to call for help-one of my grandson came and my husband came, AAA was called and came to tow my *** to the Letcher **** repair shop in ******, ** . My van was in the shop from 11-16-2022 about 9:52am to today Monday 11-21-2022 at or about 12:30pm I had to call AAA to have my van towed back to my place of resident. Friday 11-18-2022 I emailed Letcher **** at 11;42am also to get the status of my van and no one bother to email me back so I called Letcher **** repair shop on Friday 11-18-2022 at or about 11:43am to get the status of my *** and according to ******** she had no one to look into the issue of my *** she stated that they were overbooked and my van was treated as an emergency but no one still had not look into the issue of my van. 2:58pm Friday 11-18-2022 is when ******** called me .
