I wish I could put zero stars. I bought a purse for almost $170 that was described as "new without tags." The purse was delivered and smelled like an ashtray. It smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke I had to place it in my garage. Seller denied smoking although there was another review from a buyer stating the item she sent her smelled like smoke. According to poshmark I was not able to return item or get a refund bc I can't PROVE something smells. I was offered a $20 credit which they can keep because I will not be purchasing anything more from poshmark. Awful customer service.

They advertise purchases are secure and returns are available. Not so! Their customer service seems non-existent. Purchased a pair of leather boots (I'm new to the platform), unfortunately they were too tight and small. I reached customer service immediately thinking a good resolution would be achieved. Not only it wasn't but, no one bothered to reply to tell me that items cannot be returned for wrong fit. Not sure what kind of policy is that but, again, customer service not so good and funds were released. The item was in good condition so it was not due to the seller. They also state your money is not released until you confirm order was received in good condition, again, no. Six days later after initial contact and no reply, I received an email stating that I "should have gotten an email etc" after I reached out for the 4th time to customer service Buyer...beware!!!! Returns are not easy and no, you are not protected.

Will ignore fraud. I hadn't used my account in probably about a year. I get an email notification that I placed an order for a 500 purse. I login to check and sure enough, a 500 purchase was made going to an address I didn't recognize. I emailed Poshmark immediately and received no response. It's been a week with no assistance, the bag will be going to the thief now because Poshmark never intervened. I lost 500 dollars and Poshmark won't even respond so that I can close my account. Do NOT use **********************. I have never had this problem on ****, Mercari, or Etsy. Only Poshmark. They care more about their cut of your stolen money than they do about fraud.

They hold money on an item I sold and didn't reliese my money.Poshmark,charge tax and keept my sale money.

I do not recommend doing business with this company. Non-responsive seller, no refund, no customer support. This site is a joke

Bought an item from a seller and received an non authentic purse. It was stated as ************** I went by the pictures the seller had on the site and when I received the product it was nothing like the pic. The quality of the leather was questioned and was described as pebbled leather but the tag stated textured leather. The Stitching on the bag was not aligned and the overall product received was misrepresented on the website. I requested a return and refund but that process has been harrowing. I've been asked to send professional grade photos which I do not have that skill. I have only had the bag 1 full day and the back and forth with the seller and customer service has been taxing. I have never had any problem returning items to any company only this one. The whole thing is a scam if you want to return they give you deadlines for pics for the complaint. The bag was ready to be returned immediately. The Seller falsely advertised with pics of an item they assumed they sent me whereas they never examined the item before shipping. So they lied per their advertisement and now want me to keep an inferior product. All I want is to return it and get a refund. The item has not been used as stated I have only had it one day and upon examining I determined I was misled on quality. The experience has given me a headache...

Don't give them your email. You won't be able to unsubscribe. I attempted several times and I get emails daily. Not a sign of integrity.

Absolute scam, horrible dismissive customer service. I purchased a pair of toddler sandals and when I got them they were two completely different sizes. I opened a claim with Poshmark who did not respond. After submitted a claim via PayPal and Poshmark a response was rude and dismissive sending me terms and conditions about only have 3 days to file a complaint or claim. They subsequently denied my request for refund. PayPal ended up refunding me. They protect fraudulent sellers. Buyer beware after reading many similar reviews on here I will never use them again.

They arent even worth 1 star. The first clue of a bad business no customer service phone number. I purchased an item and received it damaged. They allow refunds on damaged items yet I had to fight them for 2 weeks to get my refund (which Im still waiting on). They are HORRIBLE! This company needs to go under. They are TERRIBLE!

Ordered a jumpsuit. The site said it was shipped but three weeks later I still havent received it. When I contacted the seller and customer service I was told that I would need to wait three additional days and if it has not been received then I could contact them again. Mind you the tracking with **** was not being updated so there was nothing to show when I would be receiving it. So, my money is being held because of them. I would not recommend using Poshmark as they are not timely in rectifying situations in a timely manner.
