I would give FDR a five-star rating. However, they lose a star because I can no longer look in my document vault. I was told by customer service that this issue would be resolved. That was over a year ago and it still an issue. Without the vault I have no idea if documents I send are every received.Review from Alicia M

Ashamed to say that with the way this economy has been, this is the second time around needing help with FDR. The feeling of drowning was lifted and was able to breathe. I like how the fee is already calculated and the fdr fee doesnt get charged to you until each individual account is agreed upon. So no up front fees.Review from Chris B

I have only been in the program since February this year and have no complaints at all. They have already settled one of my debts and are in the process of another. They have been very professional and always ready to accept a call and talk about any issues.Review from Terry M

I've been in the program for 27 months and 0 issues, they've been professional all the way have settled more than 1/2 our debt and saved us quite a bit. If you want to be successful in this program you have to be transparent with telling them about all your debt and make your payments on time and pay whatever extra you can.A++Review from Jackie C
