My experience with Kraken was an absolute nightmare. I deposited US dollars from my ***** Fargo account, bought BTC, and simply wanted to withdraw it to my cold wallet. Kraken blocked my funds and, shockingly, terminated my account over this straightforward transaction. Their customer support was utterly useless, and the overall service was the worst I have ever encountered. It took a grueling two weeks to get my refund. The way they treat customers is disgracefulthey act as if we are dirt under their feet and feel entitled to do whatever they want with our money. I will never, ever use Kraken again, and I warn others to stay far away from this terrible platform.Review from VERONICA K

I am not a frequent user of bitcoin app, but this app produced problems for me when it came to a large amount of money wired from my bank. Initially, I received an email approving the credit to my account. Then, the amount was put on hold. This was escalated due to the urgency that I needed to complete a transaction. Kraken canceled my account with undisclosed reasons and said they would return the funds to my bank. After two business days, the funds were not returned only to find out that they experienced a problem with the return. After waiting for another 3 days, with multiple efforts to contact Kraken, the funds are still not returned.This is very frustrating because I was supposed to trade tomorrow!Review from Vivienne D

Transferred the money a week ago, it was supposed to arrive immediately but is still not there (this is not the first time Im transferring to this account and transfers were successful, albeit delayed, in the past). Emailed support 2 days ago, they said they would redirect my inquiry, but I havent heard from anyone and the website says phone support is currently unavailable. How is this a legitimate business and so many people trust this company with their money is beyond me.Review from Brian D

Horrible business practice by this company. I was trying to wire funds into this exchange after using them once before with success. And they refuse the wire transfer and completely block me from using them. No explanation, no phone call or email explaining why. I requested a call but they refused. What a horrible way to do business.Review from David C

No stars if I could . I am in the same boat as many of you. My Kraken account lasted about a week or less before they locked it and my money. Sent them all the proper verification during setup. They verified and accepted my deposit via Plaid in the sum of 5k. Then after a pending order to test the system of $100 for a Bitcoin trade they locked my account and said they are closing it.My money is currently locked they say until May 31st. We will see. I think its time to call my bank now and make a report. I dont trust them.DO NOT USE THEMReview from James H

Kraken will take payments from me and later charge me again I do not understand why this is happening but to some degree I am being over charge. They just tried charging a card I haven't even used with them in over a month. Something needs to be done.Review from JOSEPH W

MINTERCHANGE.ON 2/13/24 I DEPOSITED $1000 IN KRAKEN'S CASH ACCOUNT ON 2/12/24 USING PLAID. ON 2/13/24 WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO BUY CRYPTO I DID NOT HAVE THE DEPOSIT IN MY ACCOUNT.ICONTACTED SUPPORT AND RECEIVED A E-MAIL FULL OF GIBBERISH SAYING MY SECURITY HAD BEEN VIOLATED.IF YOU CAN HELP PLEASE DO.-***************************Review from Lakia K

I signed up for kraken and was able to buy lite pin and withdraw to another address immediately. Im trying to use it again for a second time and I cant withdraw. I was told for new users theres 72 hour hold. I used the same payment method the as the time nothings changes I dont understand why I have to wait 72 hours and I should have been notified of that BEFORE buying crypto. Im calling my bank to get a refund since their support will not answer the phone and Ill never use kraken again!!! I mean wtf would I want to wait 72 hours for my funds get real.Review from Joel D

This company is horrible. I placed a **** deposit, and they held it forever and then told me that they were closing my account and I could not reopen another one. NO REASON why, and my money is lost in limbo. They refunded it back to a completely different account.
