      Worst EVER!!!!! Im LIVID.I placed a last-minute grocery order for dinner for my family and I, totaling $80. My order was shopped and out for delivery. Upon arrival the DoorDash delivery driver asked me did DoorDash contact me. I said, NO. He stated that he delivered MY order to the wrong house and tried to retrieve it but customer already took the items and would not answer calls or door. He handed me a bag and continuously apologized. I said I get it but what am i supposed to do with this??? The bag contained 3 items( bag of chips, half gallon of ***************** which DOES NOT total 17 items and $80.I contacted DoorDash CS number 6 times and all 6 reps told me the same thing, my ticket was being escalated and someone would contact me within 24 hrs. I told them I did not have 24 hrs waiting for almost 2 hrs for the delivery and now on the phone with them for 2 hours and can not get a hold of a manager, supervisor or the compensation department which does not accept calls. Im furious at this point and each email i received, they rejected my request. I even told them to keep the money and credit me my total or just simple re-deliver my order.So as I asked them, DoorDash pretty much STOLE $80 from me. You guys took my money, ****** delivered my order to the incorrect house or stole my order (since I never received a call from **************************** been doing the calling) , HANDED me the wrong bag and refuse to to compensate me a dollar back, percentage or redeliver the order???? So no.NEVER USE THEM. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO EVER USE THEM!!!!It definitely was a difficult night seeing how that was literally my last until next day and again they REFUSED to compensate me to ANYTHING! If that was the case, I could have ordered my family a pizza and wings & paid $40 instead i lost out money and ****************** for my household (family ).

      I usually do not use this service but I ordered my family dinner through DoorDash. While waiting on my order I received a message from the DoorDash driver that my order was taking longer than usual. Then I received a message that the delivery was canceled due to issues with the restaurant. I called the restaurant and spoke with the owner, she said that the driver did pick up my order, I told her that they canceled and the reason. The establishment owner said that the DoorDash drivers are stealing customers orders and coming up with an excuse canceling order so they can keep the food DoorDash has no idea they ever picked up. **************** through ********************** never offered anything more than giving me back my money which they took immediately but I have to wait up to three business days to get back, which was my last so no dinner for family tonight. Thanks for nothing DoorDash, I will never use your service ever again. They employ thieves.

      I am a DASHER. If I could leave -? I would but...I have an issue for over 2 months now with a verification screen on dasher app not loading.Not on 1 phone but 4.Common sense is DOORDASH has an issue, not the phone.I have been disrespected,talked to rudely, hung up on by support who is either sleeping, tending to a crying baby or a barking dog I have about 40 emails for escalation, about 30 for time to follow up,[ never happens] I have verified my info via email more than 10xs. Support is and ARE the RUDEST people I've ever in my life come across.They cancel orders when you try to fix or make right an order that isn't,leaving you to look as if you stole the it.They block your account if you leave negative feedback, request a supervisor or be a good human for a messed up order when all they care about is the money.The fact they do not have another option implemented to verify ,take selfie etc is absurd. I verified with escalation 11 days ago,dashed until I requested a supervisor on the 11th day. They'll blame a violation but that's because they allow the customer to believe you messed up their order when in reality- they canceled it. I had an order from **********, it was leaking, I brung it back and advised customer. I contacted support so I wouldn't get violation for late drop- SHE CANCELED THEIR ORDER on my way to customer, no *************************** nothing on phone. Disappeared.now i look bad? i have screenshots. request supervisor, WHITE SCREEN. It won't load because THEY block account, but will lie and lie about the reason.Phone calls are recorded, i dont need to lie about any of this. emails remain,i have them all. It's about principle now. Identity?They knew who i was for license renewal end of june but now my "identity" is unverified? Why ask for feedback if you don't want the truth?I'm leaving this review so now they will say I have a "violation".billion $ company can't fix a white screen?After 45 days? But 3 support have in less than 1 minute previously? Unproffessional

      Absolutely awful. Over 70% of my orders are incorrect or missing items. **************** has declined to become literally nonexistent, first reverting to a bad auto app report that just gives you a few dollars back for any issue. And now it goes to a long review process that just comes back and says it doesnt matter that youre missing half of your items weve determined youre not eligible for a refund. dasher that your items are there and deliver your responsible for the fee. Really shady business practices, and fees keep going up and dont even deliver your food.

      I ordered lunch from *********** not knowing they use Door Dash for delivery. Received confirmation on my order at 11:51am. Received a notification my food would be delivered by 12:31pm. Then received a notification that my food was just picked up at 12:31pm and that my address may be difficult to find so they told me to call or text. I called this number 6 times and it went to voicemail that hasn't been set up. I then text it and i get a Door Dash Message. My next message was that the dasher hand delivered my food to me. I immediately responded that I never got my food. I then get a call from someone at Door Dash calling to confirm I received my food. I told her no i never received anything. She then proceeds to tell me that the food was left at a door and a photo could be provided. I asked her please send me the photo. No photo received and no food received. Door dash wont refund because I placed the order with *********** and *********** wont refund because Door Dash gets the money from all the orders. So I'm out $23.60 and my time wasted to give this review.

      This is an absolute horrible company. Im stuck with the subscription for a year but once thats done Im never using this service again. You get nowhere with customer service, they hang up on you and take no accountability DO NOT GET THE **** SUBSCRIPTION once they get your money they dont care.

      Their customer service ***** hard to get a hold of if you have complaints, and these drivers dont acknowledge the service for customers food. Just recent Had one of my orders get dropped off on the other side of my fence where Main Street runs, and on the ground where bugs can infest and luckily no one grabbed my food. Had drivers come delivery my orders really late like 30mins late. Didnt get food till hr. And half , when a good arrived it was cold already. On top of that Ive added good tip to the driver hoping they get my order fast , but NO last time Im tipping before my delivery gets here , I might not even order from door dash anymore .

      This is the worst customer experience I have received. I ordered a buy one get one free order and messaged before the order was complete. Agent made me believe everything was alright and I would receive my order as ordered/imagined. Only for me to get one piece after the offer was for two. Two rude agents ended the chat online due to their unprofessionalism and incompetency to deal with the issue. I went on and called and explained only for the other agent to end the call on me. Today I have been scammed by doordash, a company ought to be professional and be of good morals

      Zero stars for customer "support". There was a dead fly mixed in with the food I ordered. I requested a refund. I uploaded a photo for proof. The agent told me to wait an hour for a response/resolution. Days passed. I started a new chat to ask for an update. I was told, again, to wait an hour, and then the agent just ended the chat. Still no resolution.
