I was permanently banned from Peanut Labs. I have no idea why. I did try contacting their customer support on 3 occasions with no answer. I honestly answered surveys through the MyPoints.com website. I have no idea what I did other than answer surveys to have me permanently banned. It is so frustrating to never receive a response.

I loved that I wad able to earn extra cash when using swagbucks. But today I got a message that my peanut Lab account was permanently suspended on SwagBucks. I haven't take surveys in a while and I don't know why my account was suspended.

I'm a disabled senior citizen who is confined a lot to my apartment and spend a lot of time doing surveys online. I've been completing Peanut Labs surveys through MyPoints for several years without any problems but months ago I had gone online to start these surveys and to my complete surprise, Peanut Labs screen popped up and read "This Account has been Permanently Suspended As a result of one or more violations of our Terms and Conditions, access to Peanut Labs Surveys and Offers has been suspended for this account." I was in complete shock as I couldn't understand what I did wrong to deserve being permanentlyl locked out ad suspended from any more surveys. I've always answered every question with honest answers and have never violated their rules. But from seeing many numerous complaints from different websites with the same complaints as mine, it seems as if Peanut Labs company does this to a lot of people who've done nothing to violate their rules. They did the same thing to one of my family members not long after suspending me. This is a common problem. I've emailed them numerous times for a response and they've never acknowledged my complaints or responded. Not a good company to do business with.

Why is there nothing being done about peanuts lab breaking the law in banning people for some unknown reason that they make up .i was reading the laws for these survey companies and ones like this are abusing the rights of the consumer in most situations .they need to be shut down they are giving other companies a bad mane.i have read over **** complaints about peanuts lab and no one will do c*** about it??????

I went to Peanut Labs on my Swagbucks account tonight only to see Im one of many permanently suspended. I did nothing wrong and Ive always been honest with all my survey answers. I guarantee I wont get a reason as to why Im suspended.

Expect them to ban you for no reason and then not respond to your emails.

I finished my profile on peanutlabs to get more surveys, then any time I'd go to do a survey it would say I already did the survey. All of a sudden I go to see if the bug is fixed the next day and it says I'm permanently banned with no explanation, and no response from Peanutlabs for 3 weeks now...I use surveys to gain extra keys in a game. I always answer questions with honesty. My account should not be permanently suspended let alone suspended at all.
