I really like tophatter, i bought so much stuff off here i mean a lot.. they change the site now it **** what happen? i liked the one before the new one. The old one please come back and make your customer happy again the new one need to be shut down i order one time off the new site a 3 piece blanket set. i just got the sheet. i was so mad waste of money. so i stop shopping on it.. the old one was the best 5 stars that's why its 5 stars due to the old site.Review from NINA H H

This is no longer a bidding site! They need to change there site to we set the prices and you pay 90% more than you would any where. It use to be fun to bid but now it not a place to bid. They also stole my credits and refund money for a so called sterling silver ring. The place should be shut down.Review from Steven W

This company has obviously changed ownership, the format has changed from its original platform and it is no longer has the same service as before. I have attempted to purchase things and have been pushed elsewhere for payment outside of the company's umbrella. To me this is dangerous and I wasn't given a choice of any kind. Now I'm fighting to get a refund that has been sitting for months in their bank. I was also told I couldn't unsubscribe until I cleared my wallet, where they sent the refund. Truly a circle-jerk movement on their part.Review from Jeffrey D

Scam app all the way around false advertising, selling FAKE SILVER AND GOLD! not to mention they mask the true shipping cost til you have already made the purchase with the understanding it was free. Stay away.Review from Dawn C

i have a ***** credit on tophatter but am told since it is now only partner auctions i cannot use my credits to purchase on partner sites so i have to forfeit my credits and i feel that is wrong because i paid cash and have the credits due to them not delivering the products i orderedReview from kathleen m

I stayed on Tophatter all the time and ordered and bid on many many things, I was gone for a bit and I see since I've come back its all changed. I did do a bid and won the item, It didn't take months to get, which was nice. I've been on sight and wanted to bid on other things but find out the shipping cost and change my mind. They want totally to much just to ship the item your bidding on. It's not worth it. I see it's that way when you do a search as well to by straight out without bidding. ***** the item I bid on and got I've used before so I knew what I was getting. The star rating is for the company that sent the item, not for the changes Tophatter made cause I really don't like some of it especially the way it comes up on my screen now, I hate that I can't change it and it's agrivating.
