I took a course with Simplilearn "Post Graduate Program in Business Analysis from ***********************". I paid a significantly big amount to Simplilearn for the course. When I enrolled in the course, multiple promises/claims were made. The company is a fraud and cheated big time with my time and money. I noticed more issues but listing down the worst 3 more had the biggest impact 1. Professors from ***************** will teach all the subjects: A blatant lie. Except for 1 subject, the rest were taught by someone based out of *****, with poor English and poor connectivity. Multiple classes were rescheduled because the teachers were unavailable or connectivity was bad. 2. A ***************** domain email ID will be provided: They never provided a ***************** domain email ID. I raised a complaint almost 5-6 times but always got the same standard response that it would be enabled in 4-5 weeks. After a few months, they stopped responding to my emails 3. Help in Resume preparation and Job Search: They never provided any kind of help in Resume preparation or Job ****. They asked for additional money for resume preparation.
