      My husband and I are the owners of a building in *******. We had a Duro Last roof installed in 1993 and it has lasted all of these years with almost no maintenance. (I am writing this in 2024.) Alternative Roofing Systems patched a hole for us once when the neighborhood kids burnt a hole in it with fireworks one July Fourth. Otherwise, it has required no patching. Alternative Roofing has been great about periodic inspection of the roofing as well as maintenance of the flashing around the perimeter of the building, They are always prompt and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend!
