    To whom it may concern, on June 7th 2024 we arrived at the hotel and we had a reservation there from 6/7-6/9 in rooms 320, 319, 220, and 224. I paid $369.82 for Room 319. I paid $428.56 for Room 320. When we first arrived to the hotel at 3pm the front desk person named ******* did not greet us, gave us a hard time, was very rude and did not let some of our party check in. Finally when we were allowed to check in and they gave us our room keys we all went to our rooms and discovered that the rooms were stinky and dirty. The floors were not vacuumed, the linen was not changed, the toilet was stopped up and not usable, the bathroom sinks and tubs had dirt on it, the windows were not cleaned, also there were flying bugs and bugs in the bed in the rooms. The air conditioning did not work properly. The elevators did not work correctly and as a result of that 3 people in my party were stuck on the elevator for approximately 30 minutes to an hour long and when they finally got off the elevator and expressed their concern from the anxiety they felt and they were physically hurt from being stuck on the elevator the front desk lady ******* laughed in their faces. Also, when we requested to file a written complaint with the person in charge we were told that she left and went to a graduation and they would contact us to let us know if she returned that day of the incident however, she never returned until the next day. ******************, the housekeeper, was very nice to us, she came and cleaned the room for us and gave us some blankets that we were told by ******* that we couldnt have. The other housekeepers however refused to clean the rooms and change the linen. We were told by the housekeeping staff that they did not speak English and cant help. Overall we had a terrible experience at this hotel and when we were checking out we were told by ******* that we would be financially compensated $400 which would be $100 for each room in our reservation. (In total we had 4 rooms).
