Would not honor lifetime warranty because of plumbing repair replacement done underneath the house. I would never have foundation work done for a company that wouldn't even check to see if piers were moved in the process. They said if the piers were moved then they wouldn't honor the warranty, then they said that because that type of work was done the warranty was voided without even checking to see if the shims of the piers had been moved. This is a way for the company to not honor their warranty. Anything they can to get out of a warranty. If I would have just kept my mouth shut and said nothing, (instead of being honest) they would have done the warranty repair and would have noticed nothing. We will never do business with this company again.

As this customer has admitted, they has extensive plumbing damage and tunneling done underneath the house. Our warranty, along with any other foundation repair company in this industry, does void the warranty if there is a plumbing leak/damage under the house. This is common practice. I can send where this is outlined in our contract. It does not matter if the tunneling company and plumbers did not touch our work. The plumbing issue alone voids the warranty. Therefore per our contract terms and warranty terms they do not have a valid warranty with our company.

The owner of this company has poorly trained technicians then that don't know anything about warranties. He said if shims or piers were not moved it would be OK. Not only that he said he would get me a better deal then the first quote since I was a prior customer and never did that either. Poorly trained employees.
