              Since we first purchased the home and when it rain we noticed that the sides of the home and the yard was swamp with water in the water would just sit still and would not drain also we when we first purchased the home we let them know that the yard was uneven and wasn’t leveled they said that they would take care of it even before we sign paperwork and that has never happened we’ve made numerous complaints emails calls to corporate and to the person that’s in charge the manager or supervisor that’s in charge of overseeing that things get done when there’s an issue with a warranty of the home they had promised and agreed to come fix the yard issues.After the belt of the second home to the right of us facing forward another water sinks and just sits there and our yard is always over filled with water the kids cannot play or we cannot even use our yard because of the water Flooding our yard,that has also caused more issues since they built at home and it sits higher than our home.

              I regretfully accepted a home from this company with no grass in the backyard, missing closet shelves, and no blinds. Big mistake!!! You will also deal with warranty issues because they don't honor it. They also have faulty foundation the homes are built on and a swampy backyard. Andy *********** rushed through the house tour and avoided my questions. They also had code violations that they refused to address.
