    I emailed originally on 09-5-2023 to let them know my package never arrived here we are 9-18-2023 no response at all, sent them multiple follow up emails. Included all the receipt in my email and the tracking confirmation they sent me, I am upset that my package still isn’t in my possession and they don’t seem to care or want to respond to even explain or fix the issue. I advised them I would be leaving this complaint here because this is absolutely outrageous…. 2 weeks with not even a hello or thank you we will get back after an investigation…. Just crickets no response. What a way to run your company.

    The customer service is terrible no one answers the phone or got back to me I ordered thru a person's site and she never got the credit it should be linked but it's not. So in happy just another MLM scam

    Two different occasions, Pink Zebra double charged me. The first time it took me a month of persistently emailing and calling to get it resolved. This time however they charged my credit card $88.00 5 different times. I have yet to be able to get them to reimburse me two of the $88 charges. After a month and over 20 emails supporting my claim I had to go in and file a claim with my credit card company for goods not received/refusal to refund. I have provided them multiple times with emails showing that my credit card was not issued the refund. The lady in charge of the refunds was unwilling to do anything to help, being rude and defensive, and took no accountability for the issue. Have Yet to even receive an apology. One charge I was told would be reimbursed last Thursday it was not. They just acted like it was my fault and were “bothering” them trying to get my 352.00 back. Horrible customer service, do better!

    Called about an item missing in an order, I’m a regular PZ customer but the rep on the phone was absolutely rude. For no good reason. I called to simply explain they missed an item in my order and she was so nasty about it like it was my problem they forgot the item. Not how you treat customers if you want them to continue supporting your business. Do better.

    Their system doubled my order and created a duplicate order 2 seconds apart. 2 seperate order numbers. No one could fill out the info that fast. I immediately contacted the company. They did not stop the order and refused to cancel the duplicate charge. They said they would not return my money until I ship them back what I have not received and did not order. Bad website...rude customer service....fraudulent in my opinion.

    Amazing service! Customer service always takes care of what needs done! As a consultant I have to reach out to them once in a while but my problems are always taken care of!
