    *** ***** is just plain amazing. We have poor credit and a lot of setbacks, and shes managing to get us into a home we can call ours. Shes a miracle worker, very professional, and communicates promptly. Would highly recommend for your home buying needs

    We were looking for a weekend retreat home and we had the blessing of working with ***. Its more than obvious *** loves her job and truly loves people. She is extremely knowledgeable in every area of manufactured and modular homes. In All aspects, that need to be addressed when looking to put a home on your land , from the types of foundations, different types of septic systems, utilities, retaining walls, etc. she knows it all! ***, hands down, is the *** you want to be working with. She is genuine and authentic . She cares about getting you what youre dreaming of and more. Im telling you, *** Will Get Things Done!!

    At first it was a good experience when my wife and myself started dealing with Country Living modular homes. We had started on the process of getting our home, but fell short of finding a piece of land we would be happy with. So after putting down a $1000 deposit we decided to hold off until we found property. After we were no longer going to buy from Country Living modular homes they wouldn't answer my calls nor my wife and when they did Claudia whom handles refunds was not there or in a meeting. Would not call back either. 2 days later I get a call back and was told I would recieve my refund the following Friday. The owner Paul called me back and said to reach out to him on his cell if I had any problems. Here I am the following Friday and no refund or call backs. Just some more excuses like "she in a meeting" or She doesn't show up to the office until afternoon" and still no call backs from Claudia. I guess I'm lucky the owner texted and said he'll be in the office in half an hour to check on it. I was truly going to go right back to Country Living Modular Homes to purchase the house we were looking at. But after the way my wife and I feel about the situation we will not be returning to Country Living Modular Homes...

    Erik, First and foremost I deeply apologize for any frustrations that were felt. When we issue refunds we have 15 days by Texas Law to return. We do not like our customers to wait that long. That is why when I heard you were frustrated I immediately called you to arrange for you to get your refund. Again **** I'm sorry this turned into a frustrating issue.     Would not recommend. Have been dealing with service department since July and here we are end of September. Repairs have still not been addressed. Keep getting the run around. So if something breaks down thats under warranty Good Luck. Seriously thinking about legal action as my next resort.

    My wife and I were in the market for a mobile home so we started shopping and found ourselves at Country Living. We were new to the process so it was a bit overwhelming but the folks at Country Living put all our worries to rest. From the beginning of the process of finding the right home for our growing family, to delivery and set up, it was seamless and stress free. We have been in our home for a year now and couldn’t be happier with our home. A special thank you to Paul for all his hard work in making our dream of owning instead of renting come true.
