    We first contacted Indiana Residential on Nov 22, 2022 for warranty work on our roof. We also left several phone messages between Dec 1, 2022 and Jan 31, 2023. They failed to responded. We contacted the company again on Feb 5, 2023 and again on Feb 13, 2023. We have photographic evidence the roof was not sagging prior to Indiana Residential installing a new roof in August 2020. The response we received from the company Feb 15, 2023, " I saw the sag in the front porch area of the house. That is definitely a structural issue not a roofing install issue. I am not quite sure what would cause it but it has something to do with the framing." The roof was replaced based on a home inspection that found no structural defects and further why would Indiana Residential have replaced the roof if there were structural defects. Indiana Residential's own report doesn't mention any structural defect. We purchased the home so photos of roof are online prior to Indiana Residential installing the new roof. We are experienced homeowners. Sagging roofs are often caused by defective, shoddy workmanship of the underlayment, moisture barrier or shingles being installed wrong. Attached is receipt for roof repair that offered a warranty transferable to new owner and photo of the original roof prior to Indiana Residential installing the new roof. Clearly the roof is not sagging.

    I purchased home and the seller gad some repairs that needed fixed per our purchasing agreement she got it quoted and awarded ti Indiana Residential. They were to come out to complete the small amount of items approximately 2 weeks after I closed. They gave me the 2 days and I took vacation off work. The first day they did not show up and I called and they called me back that afternoon to say they were not coming. They said they would send extra guys the next day. The next day came they did few repairs said they would have to come back and finish. I had to call them back because one of the repairs they said they fixed was not repaired properly. They came back to fix but they said the other things they would send someone out in few weeks. After several messages and weeks later they finally committed to come out. They came out and did not do everything then the glass they ordered for my sky roof was not right glass for my protection they put a piece of plywood over the wrong glass. The installer said he notified his boss what had happened and the new glass has been ordered and he would be back in few weeks. 3 weeks went past I called check on it since over holidays didnt want a piece plywood on my ceiling and they said it was never ordered. Said they would order and keep telling me no update on when it is coming. Really sad excited to purchase home and you can not get the contractor do complete repairs after 3-4 months. These repairs top should have taken a week or less. Terrible customer service from start to finish.

    We were contracted to complete repairs at in connection with the purchase of a new home. We had initially scheduled repairs for 9/22 and 9/23. The crew was on another job the morning of 9/22 that had unexpected circumstances that took longer than expected. We had planned for them to arrive on 9/22 but it was not possible and unfortunately not communicated with homeowner until early afternoon of 9/22. The crew did arrive on 9/23 to complete the work and began the contracted work. We also added another technician to the job to attempt to catch up the job for the loss time the day before. During the work, we found hidden damage at the chimney and the homeowner requested to add more work (glass replacement) to the already approved scope of work. We agreed to complete the necessary work for the hidden damage at no cost to the homeowner due to the inconvenience of not showing up on 9/22. Mostly based on the hidden damage and the additional work all the work could not be completed on 9/23. The crew was scheduled back on 10/27 based on our current work schedule and homeowners request to be present. On 10/27 the work at chimney chase that had the hidden damage was completed minus the caulking and painting and one of the two pieces of glass that was added to the work order was installed. The second piece of glass was for a skylight and determined that the glass should be tempered glass for safety reasons. The initial glass ordered was not tempered and re-installing the original glass was not an option, so for safety reasons a piece of wood was installed over the skylight opening. There was an internal breakdown in our ordering process and the new skylight glass was not ordered. We became aware on about 11/21 that the replacement glass for the skylight was not ordered and ordered through our supplier. We are waiting on the new glass to come in with a delivery date of 12/16 reported to us. We will be out the week of December 19th with the new glass as soon as we have it in our possession and can schedule a date that works for the homeowner. We apologize for any lack of communication you experienced, and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

    The glass replacement was not added it was in the initial quote that was awarded in the beginning. I did request them to work around my days off since I Lost vacation time when they did not show up.
