            I have had many issues with CHS and none of them have been resolved. The first thing is that we have not had hot water in the apartment for 5 months and we had a constant leak in the ceiling. Both of these things we have brought to the attention of both CHS and ***************. The second issue is we had a roommate that left used needles all over the house and never cleaned up after themselves. I had contacted CHS about it and nothing got done about it but it went away after our roommate moved home. The last thing is after my other roommates moved out and it was just me they moved all of the beds out when I was supposed to be there for another week so I ended up moving everything in with my boyfriend. After a month of not hearing anything or even getting a key to the new apartment I have had enough both my dad and I have tried to get this figured out but no one has responded.

            CHS housing has to be the absolute worst there is roaches and mold all over the apartment for 995$ a month in a premium plus location. The company has no empathy for students and wants to relocate us with zero help into an older apartment further from the school with smaller rooms. I have been violated multiple times by CHS housing services and will be looking to opening a lawsuit because as a student I should not be displaced from an apartment I am comfortable in and have plenty of space I will be filing a lawsuit against CHS for unjust reason for this displacement
