            We began receiving Better Homes and Gardens magazines and have never subscribed to this publication, nor are interested in having a subscription. Today we received a bill for $16 Payment Due Now with a letter than begins By subscribing you have guaranteed yourself substantial savings . . . But we never subscribed. These magazines have been an annoyance as they go straight to the recycling and sending them to us is wasteful and unwanted.

            I love their cookbooks. So I got an offer in the mail to get a free copy of the newest cookbook when I purchase a 1-year magazine subscription. I purchased the subscription, and never received a cookbook. Instead they substitute a small magazine of slow cooker recipes. Even worse, they sold my information to countless partners or other businesses. I get spam mail and emails every day from similar businesses and it only started happening after I purchased their magazine subscription. These guys ****.

            We've tried looking on our database for a subscription order ... please confirm the email address (should it be gmail??) and which magazine did you subscriber to?? THANK YOU!
