BEWARE !!! of USA insulation of Knoxville !!! I am leaving out al lot due to character limits. Please see google or YELP for full review and Pictures Below is my experience over the past couple months. I contacted USA insulation in hopes of having the best possible product and service for my remodel. The sales representative, Jeff, was extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. After the customer service and what I have already seen I wanted to make sure it was even insulated properly. The very first board I pulled the insulation stops roughly 2 feet from the top of the wall, I will post updates. #1 10/24/23 The company came out yesterday to assess the issues. They have offered to help fix the drain pipe and have offered to drill more holes in my siding, or have a contractor take off the top boards and fill the tops of the cavities. that would be good except for the fact of update #2 #2 I have continued to find every single cavity I have checked, including the ones filled from the "proper" location, are not filled in their entirety. I assume this is the same for the majority if not all the walls. All siding will have to be removed to access cavities along with removal of the current "insulation" to allow for new insulation to be installed along with new siding. PLEASE BEWARE before you choose this company for insulation, most people do not have the ability or means to check like I have. #3 12/03/2023. I continue to remove siding and the outcome continues to get worse. Every single cavity I have checked is incompletely filled. Some of which do not even have half of the cavity filled. Update #4 8/13/24- I hired a representative to get my money back plus damages. This request has been rejected now multiple times. I have now done much more research as well as found a ******** group titled ******** ** *** *********** from multiple locations across the US. Not only was the workmanship awful, but the product also looks to be entirely inferior as well.
