About Us
For more than 100 years, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) has helped people find trustworthy businesses, brands, and charities. In a marketplace full of choices, BBB offers verified, unbiased information that consumers can trust. As a not-for-profit, business-supported organization, BBB sets and enforces high standards for ethical and honest business practices. In the past year alone, BBB’s website received over 200 million visits to view Business Profiles on more than 5.2 million businesses and Charity Reports on 11,000 charities — all available for free at bbb.org. Part of a network of independent BBBs across the U.S. and Canada, BBB Serving Southeast Louisiana has operated since 1933. We proudly serve 11 parishes: Jefferson, Lafourche, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, St. Mary, St. Tammany, Terrebonne, and Washington.
