Executive Director of Customer Care

Carla Neyland has been working for BBB since 2006. In 2017 she was promoted from Manager of Business Relations to Director of Customer Care. In 2020, she began her role as Executive Director of Customer Care, where she is responsible for managing the Customer Care Department; making sure retention, operations, and customer service goals are met.

Carla earned her Bachelor in Arts in Psychology from Salve Regina University. In 2008 she graduated from the Council of Better Business Bureaus Professional Development Program after completing operations, administration and management training. 

Carla enjoys spending time with her very active family, when she's not watching her children play endless hours of sports she enjoys running, being with friends and spending time with her parents on Cape Cod.
