Ms. Ventura joined the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in 2000 as an Administrative Specialist and has advanced through progressively senior leadership roles, including Director, Vice President, and now Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer (CFO & COO).

As CFO & COO, she oversees the organization's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and resource allocation to ensure long-term financial health and operational excellence. In addition to leading the finance function, she provides executive oversight of Human Resources, Information Technology, and Operations, partnering with leadership to align organizational priorities with strategic business objectives and drive sustainable growth.

Ms. Ventura has completed extensive leadership development through the International Association of Better Business Bureaus, the Disney Institute, and the FBI Citizens' Academy. Before joining BBB, she served as a Back Office Manager at Bob's Stores. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Becker College.

She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA), and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), allowing her to stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Outside of work, Ms. Ventura enjoys live music, reading, traveling, and spending time on the water. A proud mother of four children and a stepdaughter, she is committed to giving back to her community through volunteer work with the VA and other charitable organizations.
