Customer Care Supervisor

Teisha started her position at BBB in 2015 with complaint processing as her primary function, processing and managing complaints for all businesses in Eastern Mass, Maine, Rhode Island and Vermont

In 2020, Teisha was promoted to Customer Care Manager while maintaining her role as the BBB complaint processor, she has taken on new tasks and duties and is responsible for managing BBB's customer care team, overseeing BBB policies and maintaining trust in the community by providing and implementing excellent customer service and information.

Teisha enjoys spending time with her family and friends and being outdoors.
