Gretchen Eckstein serves as the Community Fundraising Manager at Dayton Children’s Hospital Foundation, where she brings over a decade of professional fundraising expertise to her role. As the liaison for two key all-women hospital auxiliaries—Terrific Women in Giving (TWIGs) and the Women’s Board. She also oversees the Foundation’s Intern Program, mentoring the next generation of philanthropic leaders.
Gretchen is an active member of both the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Beyond her work at Dayton Children’s, she serves on the boards of Junior League of Dayton and a local youth hockey organization. Emily Riggs is the founder of Emily Riggs Therapy & Wellness, LLC. Specializing in women’s issues related to stress, trauma and life transitions, she invites clients to make transformative changes and move forward with hope and resilience. A certified EMDR therapist and registered yoga teacher, she uses somatic practices to support clients in managing stress, processing emotions and healing lifelong wounds. She consults with high-achieving female leaders to put aside perfectionism, connect to their values and embrace wholehearted living. Julie Manuel is the founder of Manuel Wellness & Consulting, LLC. Specializing in working with first responders, Julie strives to provide compassionate therapy and wellness services to support individual and organizational well-being. She empowers clients to navigate life’s challenges, foster personal growth and achieve a fulfilling life. Julie collaborates with community leaders to promote mental wellness and access to mental health care. Beyond her teaching role, she manages the “Hole in the Wall” Spirit Shop and oversees the creation of social media content for multiple CHS student accounts across 3 platforms. Committed to holistic education, Sherry is also a certified yoga instructor and cooking teacher. Her multi-faceted approach to teaching reflects her passion for empowering students with diverse skills for personal and professional growth. Sherry loves to tap into her creativity, travel and share a meal with others.

Jessy Jones is a professor at Sinclair Community College, where she teaches Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship courses rooted in real-world application. She’s also the owner of Leaf & Node, a successful e-commerce brand that sells handmade plant décor. Jessy combines her academic background with hands-on business experience to make marketing more approachable, strategic and effective. She’s passionate about helping small business owners and students alike use digital tools and data to grow with confidence.
Tea Roelandt
Tea Roelandt is a Digital Marketing major at Sinclair Community College, graduating in December 2025. As a Digital Marketing Assistant at Leaf & Node, she supports content creation, campaign planning and performance tracking. Tea previously built a successful reptile-themed e-commerce brand, including a website, product line, and a TikTok following of over 85,000, and managed social media for a former employer. She brings real-world experience in digital strategy, content marketing, and growing engaged online communities.
Kelsey Omler
Kelsey is a double business owner, community-builder and creative entrepreneur. With degrees in chemistry and biology, she moved to Ohio at 22 knowing no one but her now-husband. What began as a way to meet people — organizing a kickball league — evolved into two thriving businesses: Gem City Social Sports and Two Social, a bar and entertainment venue. Her work is rooted in connection, belonging and showing up even when you don’t have a clear plan. She’s passionate about helping others build the life they want by starting with the people around them.

Teresa Macalolooy is the founder of Macalogic, a woman-owned small business. Macalogic supports federal and commercial clients, providing IT-related business consulting and software development including full system and network support. Macalogic is a people-centered company with a strong culture of support to the community and our clients. Her expertise spans four decades in technical, program management, business development and leadership roles. Ms. Macalolooy earned a bachelor’s degree from Wright State University, graduating Suma Cum Laude. She is a lifetime member of AFCEA, where she currently serves as the Board Chair for the Dayton-Wright Chapter.
