The BBB Torch Awards for Ethics honors organizations whose leaders focus on the four C’s: the Character of the organization’s leadership; if and how an authentic Culture is being fostered; the company’s transparent relationship with its Customers; and the impact the organization is making in the local Community.
The BBB Spark Awards honor eligible social entrepreneurs, startup founders and new business owners that embody and cultivate the Three C's of Trust: Character, Culture and Community. These entrepreneurs are the future of a trusted marketplace in Wisconsin.
BBB awards scholarships to Wisconsin high school students who have demonstrated character, leadership, and ethical values. As the scholarship recipients pursue their careers, BBB hopes to develop future business leaders who will promote ethics in the Wisconsin marketplace.
