Since 1962, Allen Service, LLC has provided HVAC and plumbing services to Fort Collins and the surrounding communities for 60 years. Allen Service has remained a family business with current owners Jeff and Mike Allen representing the third generation to take the reins of the company.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Rocky Mountain Realtors

Founded in 1980, Rocky Mountain, REALTORS® is a full-service real estate brokerage with offices in Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, Boulder, and Colorado Springs. In 2014 the brokerage became the first in the region to join the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.

Black's Glass

Black’s Glass was founded in 1908 and has been providing residential and commercial glass service to Northern Colorado for over 110 years. in true Fort Collins fashion, the company’s founder, Wils M. Black, delivered glass for installation in homes by bicycle.

Bohlender Funeral Chapel

Bohlender Funeral Chapel has been providing memorial and funeral services to families in Fort Collins for over 50 years. Milo Bohlender began working at what was then Warren Funeral Chapel before he and his wife Gwen purchased interest in the mortuary. Bohlender Funeral Chapel is now owned by Milo’s son Gary.

C.N.W. Siding and Window Company, Inc.

Founded in 1976, C.N.W. Siding and Window Company has focused on becoming a leader in siding, window replacement, and patio doors with a focus on providing customers with low maintenance and energy efficient options.

Citizen Printing Company Inc

Now in its fourth generation of ownership by the Shafer family, Citizen Printing Company is a full service commercial printer offering both offset and digital printing, as well as complete graphic design services and full finishing services.

Davidson-Gebhardt Chevrolet

Davidson Chevrolet opened in downtown Loveland in December 1960. The dealership moved to a new location on N. Lincoln Ave. in Loveland before opening as Davidson-Gebhardt Chevrolet, part of the Davidson-Gebhardt Auto Group, in the Centerra Moterplex in 2007.

Dellenbach Motors

Family owned and operated since 1965, Dellenbach Motors was founded by RW Dellenbach with the help of his wife and 11 children. Dellenbach Motors serves Fort Collins, Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming with sales and service for Chevrolet, Cadillac, and Subaru vehicles.

Ed Carroll Motor Co., Inc.

Ed Carroll Motor Company started in 1967 when Ed Carroll, then 50% owner of Boulder Valley Volkswagen, flipped a coin with his partner to see who would take the new Fort Collins dealership offered by VW and who would stay in Boulder. Ed added Audi and Porsche dealerships in the 1970s and Mitsubishi in 2006 before passing the business to his son John.

First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

FNBO’s business in Colorado dates back to 1881 and in Northern Colorado at least as far back as 1934 with the founding of First National Bank of Fort Collins. FNBO now has branches in Colorado, Wyoming, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Texas.

Flood and Peterson

Founded in 1939, Flood and Peterson is one of the largest employee-owned brokerages in the nation. Providing solutions in commercial insurance, employee benefits, personal insurance and surety programs, Flood and Peterson is also a past BBB Torch Award for Ethics winner.

FM Roofing, Inc

FM Roofing, Inc. was founded in 1980 in Fort Collins, CO and is still family-owned and operated by the original founders. FM Roofing installs all types of roofing including new construction, re-roofs, and repairs in both commercial and residential applications across Larimer and Weld counties.

Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce

The Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce was established in 1904 and now has approximately 1,200 member businesses in the Northern Colorado area. The Fort Collins Chamber supports those businesses with networking and educational events, advertising opportunities, legislative and governmental advocacy, as well as a variety of other programs.

Hahn Plumbing & Heating Inc

John Hahn started Hahn Plumbing in Fort Collins in 1967, but the family’s history in the plumbing industry dates back to his grandfather’s plumbing business which was founded in 1908 in Salina, KS. John Hahn is now joined in the business by his son, John Hahn Jr., marking the fourth generation to carry on the family’s plumbing tradition.

Hoover Harris & Company PC

Since 1960, Hoover Harris & Company has been providing accounting and business advisory services to family-owned and privately-held businesses throughout Colorado and the Mountain West. Their mission is to help their clients maintain financial viability in the present, while taking a proactive approach to achieve future goals.

Houska Automotive Services Inc.

Houska Automotive was started by Chuck Houska in 1952 with a core belief in taking care of neighbors and the community. The business passed to his son Dennis who has since passed it to the third generation of Houska family ownership with current vice president LJ Houska as the company celebrated it’s 70th anniversary in 2022.

Markley Motors Inc

In 2021 Markley Motors celebrated the 85th anniversary of the founding of their dealership by Ferd Markley. Throughout those 85 years the Markley family has sold Dodge, Chrysler, and Plymouth vehicles in addition to the current Honda and Buick/GMC dealerships and ownership has passed through four generations from Ferd to his sons Gene and Bob, to Gene’s son Doug, and to Doug’s daughters Carrie Baumgart and Cindy DeGroot.

Masters & Petersens LLC

Masters & Petersens was formed when Petersen’s Flooring, a retail flooring store founded in 1966 was purchased in 2012 by Masters Flooring, which was founded in 2008 and was strictly a commercial flooring installer. This created a full-service flooring retailer for both commercial and residential projects.

Ozzie's Body Shop

Founded in 1967, Ozzie’s Body Shop started as a small operation but has since grown to become one of the largest independent auto repair facilities in Northern Colorado, with services including collision repair, dent repair, paint services, and both routine and special vehicle maintenance.

Pedersen Toyota

Pedersen Toyota dates back to 1972 when Gerry Pedersen moved to Fort Collins from Illinois and bought an ownership stake in a Toyota dealership, Colorado Import Motors. After a relocation and expansion, the dealership was renamed Pedersen Toyota-Volvo-Saab in 1992. Today Pedersen Toyota is owned by Mark Pedersen, the second generation of the Pedersen family to take the reins of the business.

Plantorium

The Plantorium Greenhouse and Nursery near Laporte has been in operation since 1940 and owned by the Roberts Family since its purchase by Dean and Merilyn Roberts in 1971. Today the 12 acre nursery with 20 greenhouses and 17 cold frames is owned by their son, Jim Roberts and his wife Cindy, with many family members working in the business which employs up to 65 people full-time during the high season.

Poudre Valley Air Inc

Poudre Valley Air was founded in 1973 and was fully controlled by the Weisser family starting in 1979. Bob Weisser remains the president of the company which offers a full range of residential and commercial HVAC installation and repair services throughout Northern Colorado and Wyoming.

R & H Heating & Air Conditioning Inc

Starting as Local Furnace Co. in 1958, R & H Heating & Air Conditioning is now in its third generation of family ownership providing installation, repair, and service to all types of HVAC systems in the Larimer and Weld county areas.

Sears Trostel Lumber Company

Carl Trostel started his lumber company with a flagship store on Linden St. in Fort Collins in 1929. His son-in-law, Bob Sears, took over the business in 1948 and ownership remained with the Sears family for over 30 years. In 1981 two employees, Curt Viehmeyer and Steve Schwartz, purchased the company and still own it to this day, moving and expanding the company to its current facilities on Riverside Ave. and Airpark Dr.

SteamWay Floor To Ceiling

SteamWay is a locally owned and operated family business, owned by the Grauberger family for 39 years. Steamway offers professional carpet, blind, tile and furniture cleaning, along with water and fire Damage Restoration. Steamway is also a full interior design company, with a 3000 sq ft showroom in Greeley.

T & T Tire, Inc.

One of the last independent, family-owned tire dealerships on the Front Range, T & T Tire has been serving customers at their location on North Lincoln Ave. in Loveland since 1968. Rob Frei is the third generation “tire guy” at T & T, which has also previously included locations in Fort Collins and Windsor.
