Mary Alice Guidry

 

Mary Alice Guidry is the Senior Vice President of the Tyler Economic Development Council. She oversees the organization’s real estate portfolio and spearheads its marketing and business development initiatives.


A licensed Texas architect, Guidry holds a master’s degree in architecture from Louisiana Tech University.Prior to being recruited to TEDC, she spent nine years as a Senior Project Manager at Fitzpatrick Architects in

Tyler, designing and managing projects totaling over $54 million, and then served 1.5 years as CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Smith County.


Committed to enhancing Tyler’s quality of life, Guidry served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Smith County and is currently a board member for Heart of Tyler, Inc., and the City of Tyler's Main Street Program. She is also a graduate of Leadership Tyler Core Class 30.

Eric Kolder

Eric and his wife, Mary, recently opened the Kolder Law Firm together. They are both graduates of the University of Texas School of Law and LSU in Accounting prior to that. Eric was formerly with Ramey & Flock in Tyler where he was a partner until 2023.  Eric's practice focuses on employment litigation and compliance. He has represented hundreds of businesses from all over Texas for their employment and other legal needs and has a proven track record of courtroom success.  He and Mary look forward to continuing to serve East Texas with their employment law, commercial litigation, and probate litigation needs.  They have 4 young sons under 10 years old and are doing their best to keep them from destroying everything they own!

Amber Mink

 

As the Office manager and Vice President of Mink Plumbing, Amber is dedicated to leading Mink Plumbing toward an ambitious milestone, one pipe and partnership at a time. Together with her  husband, they are creating a business that flows seamlessly from service excellence to long-term impact.

 

Beyond plumbing, Amber is an active community builder. Whether it’s mentoring future athletes as part of the Bullard Little Dribblers Board or ensuring financial integrity on the Kelly Federal Community Credit Union Supervisory Committee,Amber is passionate about teamwork, trust, and transformative growth.

Megan Riaz

Megan Riaz joined Bethesda in March of 2018 and serves as Director of Community Relations. She earned her BA and MA degrees in English literature from UT Tyler and has a background in Public Relations, Marketing and Communications. Megan is a graduate of Leadership Tyler Core Class 31 and serves on the boards for SPORTyler and Rose Capital West Little League. Megan is a member of South Tyler Rotary and enjoys giving back to her community through service projects.
