About Us

Utah was one of the first states to have a Better Business Bureau, starting in 1913. In 2018, BBB Utah merged with BBB Reno to become the Better Business Bureau Mountain West. Our BBB is headquartered in West Jordan, Utah where all of our daily operations are handled. We also have an office in Sparks, Nevada.
