              very unprofessional! they have an idiot ordering parts I ordered the passenger side pinch sensor, an employee ordered the driver side, I try to exchange it for what i ordered, they simply sent me the wrong part at first the return/exchange seemed like it was going to happen, then they found out ***** wouldnt except the part back, because it is electrical. Auto Parts Prime was gonna be stuck with their driver side sensor and have to reorder me the passenger side. The Right Thing To Do Instead They decided to make me pay for their mistake and stick me with a part I dont need and didnt order I ordered the correct part somewhere else.buyer be warned very unprofessional idiots working here! $165.00 I may take them to court and have them pay for all costs

              I ordered a wiring harness through them for 376 dollars and they send me an email after I placed the order that the price online was incorrect and was actually 154 dollars higher. They were wanting me to either cancel the order or pay the additional 154. Even after they sent me the message, the price online was still incorrect according to them. I replied to them to send me the part for the original price I paid or refund me. They send me another message back stating they did not receive my reply and to let them know if they should cancel the order or if I want to proceed to pay the additional cost of 154. They should really tell you up front during the ordering process that the process online may be incorrect and that they will not always honor the price listed.
