      If I could do no stars I would. I used them for my Workers comp insurance for years. Price checked them and found out they were double the cost, so I switched. When I did, they decided to "audit" and charged another $1100.00. Be forewarned, they are not trustworthy to say the least. I never filed a claim, ever.

      On Dec 17 I made my boat insurance payment twice because the confirmation come back slowly.On Dec 18 I spoke with a Foremost employee and the second payment was returned to my checking account.A few days later I received a letter telling me I needed to make my payment.In a few more days I received a notice that my account had been cancelled for nonpayment of premium.I called the Foremost Insurance ** and spoke with a lady that looked at my account and saw that they had my payment. She told me she could fix things.A few days later I received a letter telling me I needed to make my payment.I contacted my insurance agent and asked him to tell Foremost to give back my money.I received a check for my insurance payment that they had, I deposited the check and then Foremost put a stop payment on the check. They also sent me another bill for ***** When I contacted Foremost 3 employees told me it costed ****** to cancel my account and get my money back, even though they had my money and kept telling me to pay them. The last one ignored the fact that 'they had had my money, told me to pay them, closed my account, found my money, reopened my account and then began to tell me to make my payment again'. She also told me she would hang up on me if I didn't listen to her. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me that it wouldn't be until a later day.I then received a second refund check with ****** dollars kept by Foremost because I was closing my account early.The fact that they had my money, told me to make my payment as they sat on my money, and then closed my account while they still had my money didn't matter. I still owed them ****** for closing my account to stop all the business errors they were making.I have the paperwork involved in all of this, if needed.

      I missed an insurance payment my first year paying my required fr-44 car insurance for my DUI conviction. I was previously informed that if i miss a payment that my 3 years starts over. So i thought i had to start over. I paid my 3 year minimum fr-44 car insurance from the date I missed the payment and called to confirm I was finished and no longer required to pay. The representative told me I over paid 6 months and I was owed a refund of the 6 months. Once I called back on July 7th ************************************************************************************ That's totally not fair because they don't let you know when you are no longer required to pay and also I was given incorrect information.

      My wife got into a car accident and farmers is making it literally impossible for her to receive her lost wages. Our policy covers ****** dollars in medical costs and lost wages per person and farmers is doing everything in their power to not uphold the policy. I sincerely do not recommend this insurance whatsoever, because who wants to go through more hardships after an accident. Its been a month and a week and we havent received a dime whatever you freaking do avoid this insurance company. Better off with state farm or geico. If farmers refuses to uphold its policy I will be forced to change insurance providers.

      Worst company you can ever deal with! Just to renew a Homeowner policy of my deceased mother's house and I have to go through hoops to renew and they are asking for ridicules things and they won't help.

      The service was absolutely terrible. The man handling our claim, *****************************, answered the phone twice out of the 5 days we tried contacting him. His phone was seemingly off, due to the fact that it always went straight to voicemail. I waited for a week after he had told us my cars final approval would be finished on Friday, in which it wasnt. He then told me it would be done Monday, so I waited all weekend, in which it still wasnt approved for me to pick up. He called today and said the approval was submitted, but the body shop has nothing from the company. They once again gave me another date to wait for, but Im no longer believing anything he says until ** sitting in my car and driving home in it. Not to mention, it took 9 days to even approve the shop to work on my car in which the body shop could not contact him during those 9 days. Farmers gave me absolutely terrible service and we WILL be switching to a different insurance company. I wouldnt even pay these people in a firm handshake for their services. Would give negative stars if I could.

      If you actually use the insurance you pay for from them and make a claim a few years at a time they will cancel your policy.

      A review of your auto policy found that the losses prompted the policy to be reviewed by our underwriters. Regrettably, this was determined to be considered a substantial increase in hazard for the policy and no longer eligible in Farmers. I apologize for any inconvenience this has created for you.

      I recently got my car insurance through Bristol west because I was a first time insurance buyer. I had no issues with them until recently. They randomly added my father who doesnt live at my address or have anything to do with my car and or insurance and didnt even have proper information on him gave a fake ID number and birthdate and my insurance went up over $800 didnt contact me to ask if this person was driving my vehicle just added a person who basically doesnt exist. They didnt ask any questions or attempt to reach out to me, they just added someone to my policy. The broker I go through told me this isnt the first time this has happened and will make sure its corrected but thats not the point. They shouldnt be adding people to my policy without my consent. I hope this is looked into!

      I regret there is no "zero" star rating especially their home policy. Recently I cancelled my home policy and my mortgage company cancelled the check issued but FI issued me a check. By mistake I cashed it. Instead of contacting me these smart people referred me to collections agency...what the .... Somehow I contacted these smart people and paid me " balance". These smart robbery sorry people didn't contacted back the collection agency and I did all myself. There is one notorious note worthy award winner agent for all these respected Madam *********************************** who disappeared when I needed to cancel my policy and wanted to discuss these smart people referral program to collections agency. But there are good agents like ********* for who I have respect. So never ever think of this company 3 times more expensive in all ways compared to State Farm or GEICO or Progressive but State Farm is the best...kudos to them. Thanks BBB for allowing me to review this bunch of smart people in the name of Farmers insurance. I made sure I have receipt for my payment $1335.00 as well as my bank transaction details before writing this otherwise who knows they will tell I never paid lol be careful please. Is there anyway to ban to do any business? I sincerely hope that happens or a super powerful nature or God or something will make this company going out of business soon.

      TOTALLY DISGRACEFUL 2BUXINESS2 Formal complaint to CEO against Foremost Insurance.Dear ********************,Yesterday, as I left the rehabilitation center from the ************************* in ******, I found my Scooter (insured under the policy above) with a flat tire. It was 105F, full humidity and I had no water and in weak medical conditions.I called your Foremost assistance number to get roadside assistance. SUCH A STUPID IDEA.After an immense amount of clicks through your useless IVR, and after allowing activating 3 times the location services (so you could come in my help), I ended up talking to an incompetent employee. He took all the data, the model and type of the scooter and then he got hung up on the production year. I have clearly NO IDEA of it and you must explain to me what INFLUENCE DOES THE manufacturing year of a vehicle has on rescuing it via roadside assistance???!Your employee however had a different set of priorities for the day, so he decided to hung the phone on **** called again, lost additional 10 minutes sweating and suffering in the Texan summer heat. Finally a lady picked up. First thing I asked was to open a formal complaint against the scammer from before. Instead she passed me to someone else, who had no idea about the whole situation. He was from new policies department. Start all over and explained the case to him as well.A waste of time.He forwarded me to someone else, who never picked up the phone. I did not try a fifth (5th) time, but called my wife who lives on the other side of the city, to come and rescue me. Useless to say, this is a disgraceful event of which I consider Foremost 100% responsible of, as well as I consider you responsible of any medical aggravation that your irresponsiveness to this event may or will cause to my health.The worse part of all, is that after 2 days, none form Foremost has even bothered to reach out to me, to check if I am alive, safe, or even collect more info on what happened. SCHOCKING!
