Worst everything, don't use them for anything real estate. They charge you money and you end up doing all the work yourself.Expedited filing, means you have to print documents yourself, go find your own notary and physically mail the document back to 3rd party preparer.All of this, is after you learned it by asking in chat, otherwise you'd never known.

Do not use LegalZoom! I purchased an estate planning package of documents from them 5 years ago while my husband was in the hospital. (Don't wait until your husband is in the hospital to do this) I assumed that it was a one-time purchase of a package of documents. Unbeknownst to me my package came with a "free trial" of a subscription service for legal advice. Apparently, it was in the fine print of my receipt, but why would I think I needed to check there to ensure I wasn't accidentally signed up for a subscription service when I was only purchasing some documents? Fast-forward 5 years, I was randomly looking through my bank statement today (which apparently I need to do more often) and I noticed a charge for $199 from LegalZoom. I was very confused. I haven't made any legal purchases lately. So I contacted their customer service and that's when I found out that they have been charging me $199 per year for the last 5 years for a service I was completely unaware of! That's $1,000 total and they absolutely refuse to refund a single cent. They said I should've looked at my receipt more closely. In my opinion, this practice should be illegal. As far as I was aware, I had purchased a bundle of documents, not a subscription. I never once used any of the "services" I was paying for (because I didn't even know I had signed up for them. I am normally very careful about these things and very wary of subscription services). So in return for $1000 they gave me absolutely nothing. WHY ISN'T THIS PRACTICE ILLEGAL? I'm not an all-caps kind of person, but I'm pretty incensed right now.

Warning LegalZoom is not customer focused. They are strictly transactional. In short, I have done business with them since 2019. In general individual transactions are conducted adequately. However, they are so large and Bureaucratic that they have no regard for the customer. I had to pay an additional $900 because no person looks at your request/account to see if things are proceeding as planned. Instead portions of a request is handled by different departments/people if there is exceptional handling or proactive actions needed it does not get done. They don't give you names of people to work with and no one gets to know you or care about your business. They are very rigid on not accepting any responsibility. Me having to pay the additional $900 was the last straw. I will work with a business that knows me and looks out for my interest. Where my small business is not just a number in a que.

This is probably the worst company you could go with to get your business started. Once they get your money they could careless. DO NOT BELIVE IN THE FAKE 4.5 RATING. Most likely filled with bots they paid for. This company is a scam. For example look on theyre website and try to find theyre cancellation and refund policy. It is impossible. They bury it under so many links it would be amazing if you actually get to the page. Once they take your money and you have a question about a legal service and how your order is not getting done. they will brush you off saying they can not do anything about it and you would have to ask to a 3rd party service they hired to go though. Just a bunch of clowns. If you get anything out of reading this review just please get a local CPA for your LLC way cheaper and 10x better. Don't throw away your money.

Literally the worst organization I have ever dealt with. Added registered agent service to my order which I did not select and was not on the receipt emailed to me. Then was charged $299 for it. End up disposing of my llc early, have proof, and they charge me $299 for a registered agent renewal on an inactive llc. Would give 0 stars if I could.

#THEWORST - DO NOT WASTE your time or money on using Legal zoom. We contracted their top service, and all the maintenance subscriptions to have them file our llc. The entire process was botched, no communication and nobody could answer us directly when we called customer service. You get transferred through the chain of departments where you have to repeat your information multiple times to employees reading a script and speaking in a heavy accent that is hard to understand. In the time I have spent trying to get a refund and understanding the status of the llc filing I could have filed the paperwork myself ten times. They are disconnected within their organization, and they are trained to waste your time. Save yourself the stress and file yourself or use another reputable service.
