He enquired about the stain on the blind. He requested I send him digital photos so he could ascertain the cost. We set up an appointment when his technicians came to our home to remove the blind from its brackets and take it to their factory for cleaning. It only took one day. They brought the cleansed blind back and reattached it to its location. The cleaning job was absolutely impeccable.
