            National Air has very poor customer service. They were at our complex yesterday, under contract, to clean the dryer vents. Individually we had been given an opportunity to sign up for a more extensive interior cleaning for the cost of $25.00. I signed up. They did come to my door and rang the bell at around 9:26 a.m. I am ** ***** old and was slow to answer and after 2 minutes they left. I figured that since they were still in the complex that they would come back later. This did not happen. I called the company today in hopes that they would do the job today but was rudely told they were too busy and that I should have chased after them yesterday. Very disappointed!

            I am sorry to hear about your negative experience *****. This was a volunteer list and not made mandatory by the strata. Once we completed the Inside sign up list, we have to move onto the Outside cleaning to get the contracted part of the job done. All of the dryer vents were cleaned from the Outside. We try to do our best to accommodate all of our customers.

            No, the service offered was not mandatory by our strata but it was a service that had been offered by National Air for a more extensive interior cleaning of the dryer vent for the cost of $25.00. No matter what it is very poor customer service when I did not get to the door within 2 minutes, the company left. They did not try to ring the doorbell a second time or to come back later. They did not try to accommodate me in any way!!!!!!!!!!
