I used TransCanada for a move from *** to *******. I found ****, the Senior Relocation Specialist, to be both personable and very responsive. The move team on both ends was efficient and appeared very experienced. The driver (I believe his name was *****) was also very helpful when it came to the secondary customs process in ***********. It was clear that he was a regular at the customs office, and had good relationships with the staff there. The whole process went as seamlessly as it could, and, while I hope not to move again for a while, I would recommend TCM to anyone looking to make a similar move.

Our daughter recently relocated from *******, **** to **************** The person with whom I spoke on the phone was extremely pleasant and provided an estimate of the charges for the relocation the same day. I received 5 other quotes and the quote from Trans Canada was very competitive. This was a very stressful time for our daughter but thanks to Trans Canada her move went off smoothly. The two gentlemen who took care of packing at the *********** were both extremely polite and efficient in getting our daughters furniture and other items wrapped and secured for transfer to the local warehouse. The furniture arrived in **********, ** on the date and time that was promised. Here too, the gentlemen that delivered the furniture were extremely polite, helpful and pleasant to deal with. All items arrived intact and damage free. Based on our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Trans Canada the next time a friend or family member is looking to move.

Canada to US move - ****************** reasonable priced, flexible, considerate, understands the customer needs very well, **** - the sales person was always quick to respond to questions. Their workers who picked the household goods and those who delivered were all nice people. I ran quotes through at least 5-6 companies and found TCM to be the best in price, gentle, flexible to customer needs, not pushy or forceful. Highly recommended!!!

For a move back to Canada from a NY apartment, TransCanada was the perfect option. We had investigated different options, but this company made the cross border hassle easy and was the best cost-wise and I'm so happy we used them! ***** (Senior Relocation Specialist) provided great service right from the start and through to the end of our adventure. She took time to listen carefully to our needs and timeline and didn't put pressure on for us to make a quick decision. She explained every step we needed to do seeing as our belongings would cross the border ahead of us. She was a great communicator throughout and amazingly diligent in following up to make sure everything was following in line as it should from both ends of the job. She clearly has a good relationship with the others in the company and it made for a great experience overall. ***** was efficient, friendly, respectful and I'm so grateful for her help. The movers (led by *****) arrived on time and were well aware of New York's idiosyncracies with traffic/tight parking/crowded streets/tight spaces. They were a strong and super efficient team and friendly while working very hard and efficiently. Our furniture was wrapped up carefully and moved without marring any walls in the apartment building. I have used moving companies before but these guys were top notch. At the other end, in Canada, things went just as well. ***** was a friendly face to see when he settled us back into Canada. He is an incredibly hard worker. I felt like ***** and ***** and "the boss" truly cared about us and I would like to highly recommend TransCanada Movers because of their great ethics and great service.

Ive received dozens of quotes from different cross border movers and Trans Canada has the most competitive pricing and the best reviews. We were taken care of by ********** who was our relocation specialist. We were really thrilled with the level of attention and care he put into ensuring we had all the paperwork completed correctly for a smooth move crossing the border. He was in constant communication and took the stress away from what would have been a logistically stressful process. We werent expecting such a hands on, easy experience and were so grateful that we could really rely on **** to ensure a smooth move. Our experience with Trans Canada would have been very different without Jakes support and my husband and I agree that he was what made our experience with trans Canada movers probably the best most reliable moving experience weve had.
