DCM sent a letter trying to collect on bills that have already been paid on behalf of my deceased father. On top of that they tried to make it sound like if I didn't pay the bills it would affect my credit.

Predatory company. Heads up, they seem to have wiped their original google listing that had many people sharing their negative experiences, possibly to hide their true nature. Now the new listing is getting filled with generic 5 star reviews. It’s all very suspect.

Like ALL the other reviews, I received calls after calls and then received the letter in the mail stating they can't give any details by mail but will if you contact them..smh This company should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of families after dealing with a loss of a loved one... Shame on you. How they can do this amazes me, I'm reporting them immediately for fraud and whatever else the law seems fit. Please remember, you're not responsible for others debts unless your name is also on the contract, loan, etc. Hopefully this company will be dissolved sooner than later!!

This company has contacted me by phone and mail trying to collect money on my Mothers estate concerning a hospital bill that is in the process of Insurance and is covered by the Insurance. The hospital is not aware Of this company nor have they ever sent my invoice to them to collect a balance. Total SCAM. Do not pay them.

DCM sends out letters in the hopes to collect MONEY. They are not sorry for your loss. They just want your money. My loved one died penniless and I’m broke so DCM will get nothing and like it. Ignore them. Do not respond to them ever. NO STARS! WWG1WGA

My father passed away quietly in my arms a year and a half ago. Just the two of us alone in the hospital room in the wee hours of morning, after a month of being in a coma from Covid 19. 20 years ago, my only son passed away quietly in my arms early in the morning in a hospital room. I have learned about the greedy nature of so many people that try to capitalize and con people that are experiencing the difficult loss of a loved one. I personally went through every bank account, bill, and subscription that he had and resolved every one of them more than 10 months ago. I was the soul beneficiary for his $50,000 life insurance policy and the company refused to pay it because it covered accidental death and/or dismemberment and they had changed the definition of what that covered so that if someone died due to Covid or Covid related issues, it wasn't covered by that particular policy. I am NOT going to allow yet another disgraceful company to try to victimize me for their own personal and illegal gains. This sudden letter from this DCM company showed up in my mailbox yesterday, stating they are sorry for my loss and wanting to obtain my personal information but did not want to disclose the reason why. I happen to know for a fact that my father has absolutely zero debt remaining to anyone and that whatever claims DCM trIes to make are not legitimate, but false. I believe this company should be flagged, sued and shut down by whomever has the means to do so. Please, beware of them and do not ever give them any personal information...especially without consulting a lawyer first and foremost. For anyone having lost a loved one like me, you deserve to grieve with dignity and respect. No one has the right to make it otherwise. My heart goes out to you and you are not alone. Take care. My daughter was murdered a month ago and these heartless bastards sent me a letter say my daughters estate owes them money for a medical bill. You people are a POS

this company is only trying to get deceased family members to pay bills that are not owed. Please do not fall for their lies and deception. if I could choose "no stars" I would have.
