My wife and I keep getting calls from Radius Global Solutions. Problem is they keep asking for our son, who has been married and living 200 miles from us. He has been left home for over 20 years. We have never co-signed for a loan or anything for him since he moved. I did cosign for a car when he attended college in 1999/2000. That's over 23 years ago and we are getting calls wanting to talk to our son. We block their number and a few days later ,they call again from a different number. I have ask them to quit calling and advised them the number they are calling is not his, when I ask them what it's about,they refuse to tell me. So I tell them if they won't tell me what the call is about, I am not giving them any information on my son, name,phone or address. The girl has a very strong foreign accent, and talks super fast. I read where this company records were hacked, I done a reverse lookup on the number, shows no owner ,no exchange so I think it's possible scammer using the companies name. It needs to STOP.Review from Laura L

This company needs to be investigated and shut down..I received a letter from them claiming that I owed a debt of $393.63 to AT&T for their Directv service...AT&T has no account for me and told me that I do not owe them anything.. These people are a bunch of scammers..Review from Seth S

Absolutely ?? percent the most arrogant and rude employees I have ever seen , I’m on my 7th person I have disputed the debt multiple times as it truly is not my medical bill and instead the criminals continue to bug me at work , I have not only contact a lawyer but , am recording and documenting every call since they were told not to bother me at work ! I am up to 127 times , they listen well , during which time they claim I had a medical bill in Kentucky I was in Georgia and also had insurance while yet they claim I had no insurance so I’m not sure what their scam or thing is but not here !Review from eni h

This right here is the biggest scam company in collaboration with American Express. I wish I knew before so I would not have taken their call. Don’t work with this company just do not. I am taking my issue to an attorney at this point befit is just inhumane the lies they tell.Review from Amy B

We received a request to pay a bill for a rabies vaccination. This was supposed to be completely covered by our tax dollars. I spent one hour on the phone and was then told a "supervisor" would talk with me. After a longer wait I had to go (I can't spend all day on the phone). They will not waive their collection fee and I could not resolve this. It is not a significant amount of money, but after all the time I had to deal with this I think it is criminal. We were told by the hospital we owed nothing when the treatment was done (again, it would be covered by our local government).Review from Mike d

I cannot get a hold of them. ATT is using this company for whatever reason. I cancelled my subscription with ATT a year ago and without any letters or communication from their side I suddenly receive a letter from this company trying to collect a debt. Which there is non. I tried calling back no answer "technical difficulties" according to phone message! Tried another number and the call gets disconnected automatically.Review from Antonio D

Made a deal with them and paid half, only to have them leave a derogatory mark on my credit. Payers beware, snakes can bite when your not looking. It's in their nature.
