For some time now after accidentally noticing an item listed on sale and it not ringing up correctly Ive been more diligent in paying attention. At least everyone I go to Cub in AV one of the sale items doesnt ring up correctly. And yes, Im entering my Cub rewards card. I now have to take pictures of sale items so I can prove it when checking out and dont hold up the checkout area while they run to see if Im lying. Best part is, most workers roll their eyes and commiserate because they are just as annoyed. Kicker is, when you let them know they never proactively fix the issue. Which means, its a management issue. Cub foods ************, do better by the community that is supporting your business. Youre definitely not the best around, but some of us do still like you. Stop proving us wrong and to be fools.Review from Dan G

The store off Northdale Blvd is hands down one of the worst places. Their managers talk down to customers, their employees do not give a s*** about customers, and their questions or concerns. They pretend they are too busy to help anyone. The bathrooms are terrible. Might as well use the outdoors, its cleaner. Anytime something is off, they have a "reason" why and dont fix the problem or satisfy the customer. I will be pulling all my business from them as well as my company's business that shops there frequently for the office. Id rather go to Walmart...and that says alot right there.Cub Foods Response

I had frequently been going to Cub on White **** ave and Berkley Rd until Tuesday the 26th. Since March this year I have been ordering on line and and picking my groceries up. I *** always been extremely impressed with the morning pick-up manager as she was very efficient had a great out going personality. Several times I wanted to show her my appreciation, being in customer service industry for 25 year + sometimes it can be a very Thank less area to work in. Every time I would order my groceries she would always call about substitutions and to let me know my order was done.Well this Tuesday by 7 30 I had not received a call, always would hear from her at the latest by 7am. So I checked my computer and my order was ready. Assuming that this person was not working, I called the pick up cell number to let whom ever know that I would be coming to pick up my order. No answer either number,Unacceptable I called the store for shop crew. It was answered by the manager who asked if I was holding for the pick up manager and I said who ever is doing the orders, I wanted to make sure there were no substitutions, she checked and said there were none and the order was ready to go. I am thinking this is somewhat weird. Ready to leave I had to call the shop crew to let them know I was on my way, always the routine as I do not have a cell. Some guy answered, I told him I was on my way and would be there in 3 to 4 minutes. I got to the store and I guess the store manager and some guy I know was not in grocery pick up came to my car. She loaded the groceries in and as I was about to say thank you said I want to talk to you. She was rude and said all the flowers, 1 time and cards 1 time, in 8 mnths , that the pick up manager took by the way, made her feel uncomfortable. She could not tell me that herself? I was treated rudely in front of the store where other customers could have heard, all for being nice to someone. I was treated like a criminal, like I caused harm. UnacceptableReview from Tia M

The store on 59th and Nicollet harrases little kids of color. Well at least African Americans. Its disgusting how one cashier is allowed to do that. She has violated my rights as well as my children. When will this stop. Its 2022, and its still happening. My money is green like everyone else. This should be stopped immediately.Review from Kathy S

I ordered a $100 gift card for my niece whos husband only has a few months left to live if he doesnt get a transplant. They are a young married couple with 2 young children and they are in need. Cub foods immediately charged my credit card but that was it. The card never showed up. After a week I emailed them. No response. So I finally called them and she couldnt figure out why it hadnt been sent so she sent it to the escalation ***** I asked her to just cancel it and I would send my niece a check instead. She said she would. Then several hours later I get an email that says they sent the gift card. I will never do business with them again! A family in need and they dont even send the card. If I hadnt called and followed up they wouldnt have ever sent it. I wonder how many people theyve cheated out of their money.Review from Sallie W

Brookdale Cub Foods *********************** misrepresents their services. Their page that details their new online shopping service reads "Reasons youll love Cubs all new, custom online shopping experience: ... Trained Cub drivers deliver orders to your home or office." My order was due Sunday, Oct 24 between 5 and 6 p.m. I called the store at 6:30 to find out where my order is. The manager tells me that the delivery service CAPSTONE has not picked up the order yet. It is not a Cub employee that delivers, but rather a third party service. Cub Brookdale has no way to communicate with Capstone, and is leaving it up to me, the customer, to reach out to Capstone. This is absurd and misleading. Someone needs to nip this in the bud before other customers experience the same bad service, with Cub not taking responsibility for anything beyond the shopping of the goods. The company advertises a sale price, but doesn't honor it at checkout unless it's caught by the customer, it's happening way too many times to be considered an honest mistake and in my opinion they are knowingly commiting Fraud...I literally took a pic with my cell of a sale item today while shopping that I had a feeling wouldn't match the price..sure enough it was not honored at checkout. Something needs to be done about this!
