I have been with Deal Dash since 2011 and love it! I have had only positive experiences with the company. You spend whatever amount of money you want to buy bids and then bid on whatever items you want to bid on. You can also bid on bid packages to gain more bids. As long as you are patient, and pay attention to how the other people are bidding, you can win some amazing items! The items are always shipped quickly and packed very well. If something arrives damaged, which is very rare, it is immediately replaced without having to return the broken one. The customer service is better than any I have ever dealt with. When you win an item, you have a certain number of days to pay for it. When my sister died, I missed that window and emailed customer service and explained and asked if I could still purchase my win. Not only did they allow me to purchase it outside of the window, but the next day I received a beautiful bouquet of sympathy flowers from Deal Dash with a sympathy card for the loss of my sister! Their customer service is the best I have ever had. For those reviews that say they take your money, they are wrong. They NEVER take your money. YOU decide what you want to spend on bids and how YOU use those bids. They also will give you extra bids if you have a problem with a bidding issue. I enjoy spending my relaxing time playing Deal Dash and over the years have won several items that we have enjoyed using and gifting, I have recommended Deal Dash to numerous friends and family members. If you are on a fixed budget you don't want to spend you money on this game. But if you have some extra fun money, I urge you to give it a try. You will find yourself really enjoying yourself. If you look one day and don't find something you want, then just wait until the next day and new stuff will be there. Have fun.

I love DealDash! Even though it is a bidding war on most items, it is fun to see if I can win the item of my choice! I have won many items that I really love, and many of them for very little, including not more than $.25! The items are high quality and since I don't pay shipping, even better. Deral Dash is an excellent site for online auctions. The site is fair, the customer service department is parallel to none, and I have been able to win countless items for pennies on the dollar, everything from sunglasses to light fixtures. Took money from my account fraudulently. $39 may not seem much but I am disabled and need the money for food and medication. I did not understand what was it wad until they charged me. I thought it was a game. They took advantage of a low income, mentally disabled person.

Thank goodness for PayPal and my credit card company that can see what this company does! This company takes money out of your account and then when you catch it they send you a email wanting permission to close your account. I work to hard for my money for someone to just take it when they want it.

Great online auction site! The rules of engagement are very clear and straightforward. I’ve won many auctions and the products arrive quickly, well packaged, and as described. I’ve won countless auctions, but have only received a damaged item a few times. On each occasion, DealDash replaced the item for free. DD Customer Service is among the best ever! Highly recommended.
