              My name is Antonesha ****. I’m a 22 year old youth who is now homeless . I moved in QT property apartment Willow lane 06/15/2020. My lease expired 06/30/2021. 60 days prior to the expiration I reached out to management several times regarding any lease renewal options. I informed her I will be moving out if I did not hear back from her . I did not hear back from her . I moved my things out. I left a forwarding address to her for my deposit and when I did that , she charged me vacate fees in the amount of 2 months rent and utilities. I did owe past due rent due to financial hardship. But told her I had ever intentions to get help to pay her in 30 days time . So now I’m owing my past due balance which is about 1,165 plus “vacate fees” 2,433.. If I am wrong in the situation, I owned it to Management .. I said I’m willing to pay whatever .In the 30 days time management declined the payment to 2 resources I was working with to pay my balance. But sent the bill to collections

              I feel so sorry for landlords...the nonsense they have to deal with. QT has absolutely beautiful apartments and buildings. They are well cared for and high quality. The management is friendly, on top of it, and cares. I highly recommend any QT owned property, and have actually recommended n sent the website link to several friends since moving here. The people are friendly, quiet, people bring other people's packages inside the building...its really cool
