            I brought my car in to get work done. The owner (ryan) asked for a deposit which I brought at the time I dropped the car off. I didn't hear anything back from Ryan for over 2 month just to ask for the full amount of what we have agreed it was going to come up to ($10,000). He then dodge my calls and didn't receive me for another 6 month claiming he was ill. He had my car for a little over a year and when I got it back it was worse than when I dropped it off only now I have a fuel leak, (he didn't care to answer about) misfires and only did 1 or 2 things that we had talked about were done. Money was stolen since nothing was pretty much done what we had talked about. I to this day never got a receipt of what was done since Ryan always said he'd give me one for the job he did. I missed a big event since he said he'd have car ready. More money and time wasted since he never answered or showed up with my car. I tore my car apart and the parts he was suppose to install never got installed and nothing was touched.

            I brought my truck into **** with the promise my transmission and tuner would be done in a week with $5,000 cash up front. Fast forward 2 months and my transmission hasn't even been reassembled. Every time I go in to ask for an update on my truck there's every excuse from terrible employees to health issues. Fast forward to month 4 the transmission is done still no chip. I have called multiple times to schedule with nothing but attitude from ****** the office girl with promises of call backs but nothing..... finally with the last call to ask for my money back I finally get a call for scheduling! (The chip did not get done) We take the truck in with blatant disrespect at the counter. I would not recommend RKL unless you want undelivered promises and run around stories why your truck isn't done. I have had huge inconveniences with my business not being able to tow my trailer for 3 months!
