I starte cellular service with twigby and was very happy with setvices provided, for about the first 25 days. Then it began. The assault on the customer from the contracted vendor. First the emails claiming that my data was half used up the the throttleing to a level not even capable of connecting to the internet. So i begin to log on and off times only to discover not only are they deducting data and not giving any explanation but theyre making up usage completely. At times even when my phone is completely offline powered down they are claiming usage. This not only unethical but also fraud. Also they sent me a message claiming data used up and throttled me back and for two days couldnt even contact them until i was forced to pay up and after adding more data i checked the balance and the record showed a bal of the additional 3 gb added plus a remaining amount due to the fact i had not used all my alotted amount of data. Upon calling and informing the customer service agent of these issues i was only met with denials of any wrongdoing on behalf of the vendor and again told my acct was out of data. An attempt was again made to extort pymt without even hearing my side. I have documented balances logged on and off times and even screenshots of their actions and even informed their agent the reason for my call was to remedy this so please dont either lie or not be helpful. Well u know what that got me. So now im here. Any help is welcome and apreciated. Thank you.
