      Received a call today at work, before 9 AM, Call came in 8:56, picked up and a woman stated she was calling regarding a "matter" and debt, however was entirely unwilling to state WHO was calling or what company or in regard to what. I in turn would not provide any more information, tried to reply back and she very rudely hung up on me. They have called every single day for the last week or 2, I have researched them and come to find they harrass many others across the states, are difficult to deal with, and have a terribel reputation. Another "collector" collecting UNOWED or invalid balances AFTER insurance pay outs for providers or hospitals around the wonderful USA where medical and billing fraud are entirely rampant and American people are suffering. Tale as old as time. I do not have any debt right now that ia valid and owed, have active insurance with my family and children, and will not be able to pay anything should anyone claim otherwise anyway. I request that this company STOP harassing me, they violated the FTC laws by calling me at work, and calling daily as well as failing to comply with indentifying themselves esepcially given the scams and horrible things happening out there today via phone, email and other. And from all my research on them, be careful - do not make arrangements, do not trust, and check your provider and hospital bills VERY closely given new laws for "surprise billing". Check with your insurance because I have witnessed my toddlers be billed for things AFTER insurance paid out that was untrue, not valid, or never even occurred....Doctor office personnel have told me stories of themselves, one woman going in for a surgery for one thing, and being billed for an abortion instead, which was false and never occurred. There is illegal stuff going on in this country STARTING with hospitals, doctors, physicians and their contracted "debt collectors" who have zero empathy, compassion or regard for real people. FAC do not call me again.

When we received your correspondence, we immediately began our investigation. All calls at Frost-Arnett Company are recorded. We listened to your call in question and found that our associate was not disrespectful in the call. We have to verify with whom we are speaking as to not divulge any of your personal information to an unauthorized third party. If a consumer refuses to verify their identity, we have no other option than to terminate the call. There is no easy way to do this than to state that in a polite way, which our associate did. We further reviewed our call records and determined that we made a total of four outbound, call attempts. Accounts in our office are for balances after all insurance payments and adjustments. Should you wish to discuss your personal business with us, you may contact us at 855-287-7043 during normal business hours (CST) and an associate will be glad to assist you. Per your request, we have marked your accounts as Do not Contact.

      Horrible disorganized collection agency. I regret making a payment via phone call instead of having everything in writing. I negotiated a few debts in full for large sum of money. Money that I really couldn’t afford. Three months later I’m being contacted to pay those same debts again even though I have a receipt of payment. No one has proven to me that my payment didn’t cover those debts. If they were more interested in solving this they can listen to the call log where I was assured by the agent this sun would cover All of the medical bills. For those unfortunate enough to deal with these vampires good luck, and don’t think your free even when you make a payment!

We have reviewed the calls on your account and found that you were informed that the settlement that you paid was for only the ***** ****** accounts. You were then informed that the other accounts in our office were placed after that settlement, meaning it could not have been included in that settlement amount as we did not have them in our office. At that time (June 6, 2024) you told us you were going to contact the original creditor to see what could be done and go from there. You have not contacted us about the results of that as of this time. We also informed you we could assist with you a settlement on the new accounts.       I don't live in the US and this company got my phone number as a wrong number, they proceeded to spam call me everyday for two weeks at 3am my time, they also used fast succession calls in order to try and bypass my sleep mode on my phone. I returned the call and spoke to an operator, I asked them to stop calling me as they had the wrong number, the operator said they don't have my number in their system and she couldn't help me, the spam calls proceeded. I finally answered one of their calls, tried to explain the situation to the person calling, she proceed to hang up one me as I was mid sentence, with out apologizing for spamming my number over 50 times. Harassing an incident person then hanging up on them, this company is appalling and need to get investigated for harassing innocent people.

      I took care of a collection that should not have happened in the first place, and then they never made the payment to the original debtor. What a poorly run business!

      I received a text message telling me I was in collections with a link to pay. I called the company and told them that this is the first I heard of anything. I never received a letter in the mail stating any of this. The woman was unprofessional and said that a text was a form of communications. Well, not unless I had consented to that previously. With all the scams out there now, this shouldn't be allowed to happed. She as annoyed when I asked for a letter, and said it could take 45 days and that affects my credit. She pushed me to use the text they sent, and there wasn't professional information available there either.

      Tried to establish a payment plan with this company.. all I could afford was $10 a month. The company then proceeded to tell me that $6.95 of that money will be the “debit” fee. So out of $10 payment only $3 would even go towards the debt. No credit card company charges $6.95 per transaction, this is another way to milk the folks trying to do right. I won’t pay it or be extorted to pay my bill.

She then also explained to you that if you used a personal check or the information off your check for an electronic check, or even mailed the payment that there would be no fee assessed. We apologize that these options do not work for you.       Frost Arnett has been harassing me against the Fair Debt Collection Act over a medical bill that doesn't belong to me but of someone who evidently has the same name as me and was born the same year but not the same date. I think the term is "debt tagging". I have received 3 letters from them and every time I disputed it saying I had never gone to that medical practice, ***** ******** **********, and had never seen any of the doctors Frost listed on the letters. The first two times the Frost rep said they would verify this dispute and get back to me. That never happened and when I got the third letter the Frost rep said it was up to me to prove that it was not my bill which I stated I am not a lawyer but I a fairly certain that the burden of proof on Frost Arnett. At that point, I asked the Frost Arnett rep to tell me the birthdate of the person that owes ***** ******** ********** and that is when I told them that is not my birthdate and I thought the problem was solved. Frost Arnett then told me that it was my responsibility to get with the ***** ******** ********** to clear it up to which I thought was ridiculous but to clear my name I did and the rep of ***** ******** ,Brittany C*****, confirmed. I called Frost Arnett back and ask for something in writing to state that a mistake had been made and that they had the wrong person. Frost Arnett refused and after speaking to 3 supervisors and Frost Aurnett , Miracle T, Sara H, Erin, I have still not gotten any correspondence stating they had the wrong person. Frost Arnett reps and supervisors will not give their direct phone line number or email address and this along with this situation with me makes me think they are not reputable. Again, I consider this harassment and feel like Frost Arnett is not following the Fair Debt Collection Act by harassing me over a bill I did not incur and did not even try to resolve 3 disputes I made and made me clear myself. I was guilty until I proved my innocence.

      Frost Arnett's claim that they reached out to the original creditor is an outright lie in that after I disputed the debt 3 times Frost Arnett did nothing to verify that I was the one that incurred the debt. Frost Arnett just assigned the debt to me based on my name and year of birth only. I was the one who had to clear my name and Frost Arnett did nothing to research my 3 disputes. So after the 3 collection letters I called the Dr. office and got an email from the Dr. office (***** ******** **********) that I was never a patient and had to do the same with the Dr's billing company (*** ******** ******). Frost Arnett is totally unprofessional and needs to update their procedures to make sure they do not assign a debt to someone who does not owe, Frost Arnett needs to actually investigate disputes and not make the falsely accused clear their name. I am looking into filing a complaint with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau on Frost Arnett. Sorry is not good enough.from Frost Arnett for harrassing me over this debt they finally admit I do not owe. I take my credit seriously and pay every bill I owe and to be treated like a deadbeat is unconceivable.

      As a disabled Veteran, my benefit does not have me pay a dime to medical facilities I use. This company apparently received a collections claim, on an account, that a lazy millennial failed to properly submit. Failure to submit VA claims with the correct coding does not result in me having to pay. Send it back and tell them to retrain their people. I will have my lawyer deal with this agency if I continue to be harassed.
