You have to appreciate when after you have a furnace installed, they, in turn schedule someone to come out to "inspect" the installation! Abass T. was the perfect person to send. From the minute he arrived, not only caring to make sure all was correct with the installation, but to walk you all phases of your new furnace. Every detail and or question asked, was quickly addressed and answered. Abass gives you the great feeling, that as a Company, Reiner Group Inc. cares about not only selling you the unit, but making sure it's running at the most efficient state it can and that all will be behind you if there is any issue. Thank you Abass, that old "service with a smile" comes to mind.Review from Peter M

Abass and Boris arrived on time to perform the initial generator start up and test. They were courteous and neat and kept me informed at all times. The start up went as planned. Abass carefully and thoroughly explained the generator's operation, what certain error codes meant; what ones I could try fix myself, and those for which I should call Reiner right away. The original installation team was also excellent, explaining what they were doing (and if I asked, why). Reiner installed the backup generator at my office and my facilities manager recommended them highly (and he's a tough customer). I have also referred my nephew and sister to Reiner for their generator needs.
