            It took over a month to schedule the job for the house. The tech showed up and left in 20 minutes because I didn't answer my cell phone. There were people in the house cleaning and the didn't attempt to enter. I called back and was told it was to late the tech was already going to another job

            Technician completed all the steps that he/she supposed to complete at the time when customer is not home and not picking up the phone. Technicians arrived on time and was not able to find the entrance to the house since the house is attached to big commercial size building. He called three times and left a voice message that they are on the parking lot waiting. Maximum wait time for our technicians is 10 min, then we route them to a different job. We confirmed our arrival time one day prior the appointment and still there was nobody expecting them there. Appointment is a commitment for both parties and as we supposed to be there on time, so does the customer. Our technicians can not just sit and wait on parking lots waiting for the customer to show up. When we know that you our customer is coming, there is no problem to wait extra 10 min, but when we do not have any information, we just go to the next job. We did offer to reschedule this appointment and there is no reason to blame our company that something was not done right.
