            On March 6,2024, I ordered a bulk of Tombow tape refills and paid $296.44 for the order. Penwa charged my credit card, and I have yet to receive my order. I have purchased from Penwa in the past with no problem, but this time I am hitting a dead end. I have contacted them. Their website Phone number sends me to ******** not Penwa. I have emailed. No response. I received an email from ******* asking for a review of my satisfaction, and my review has been deleted and I receive no response. I would like to either receive the refills or a refund of my $296.44. It would be nice to hear from Penwa on why they have not responded. Please help me bring this dilemma to satisfaction. Thank you.
