I have been calling this company since June to resolve issues with the pool liner they installed poorly that is also under warranty. I have been told the same thing every call. First it was to send pictures, that someone would be out, & given a few day ETA. After no calls or no one coming to my home I would call & then be told that they had let that or several installers go and that he was told the repairs were complete. I was given that line on 3 different occasions, I even questioned when I called this week. Then am promised that he himself, I'm assuming the manager or owner would be by the very next day. Again was told this 3 different times, with of course no one ever coming to my home or calling me. We are now thru October, 5 months later. My pool should be closed and covered for the winter and it is still open. I had been keeping the pool going weeks later than I wanted so that the pool liner could be repaired before the closing. To do so is a lot of work, not to mention costs unnecessary money at this point. My pool is now disgusting & filled with leaves and who knows what else. Not to mention possibly being compromised with the terrible job that was done when it was installed, allowing water between the concrete and the liner. This company is not honest or stand behind their words. At this point I am asking them to honor the warranty and stand behind their work and make the necessary corrections to the liner. I am also asking that it be noted on the account that if any future issues should arise with the foundation/concrete of my pool because of the amount of time the liner allowed water behind it (I assume it's been since it was installed since it was installed then the pool closed for the year. Found the liner had slipped when the pool was reopened in the spring). They will be responsible for repairing any issue. I am also asking that they clean, bring the chemicals to the proper levels, blow the lines out, winterize, & cover/close my pool at no charge.
