              On November 4, 2023, my wife and I traded in our 2008 ******* and purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue from Pine Belt Nissan. We didn't have the original title, but the dealership accepted our current registration for the ******* and completed the transaction. On or about March 1, 2024, we received a letter, dated February 20, 2024, from NJ DMV advising that their records still showed us in possession of the 2008 *******, which was obviously no longer covered by our insurance. The letter advised that my wife's registration for that vehicle and her 2021 Rogue would be suspended as of March 20 if we did not resolve the situation before then. We immediately contacted Pine Belt and after being transferred to several people, we were asked to come down and sign some additional paperwork, which we did in a timely manner; they assured us that the problem would be taken care of. The *******, however, remained on our DMV records past March 20, and we received subsequent notice from DMV that my wife's registration had been suspended. We again contacted Pine Belt Nissan and were told to come in again to sign additional paperwork, which we did. My wife then had to go to DMV to have the suspension lifted. In the aftermath, I expressed our displeasure to a *************************** who purported to be the sales manager at *********. He expressed his regrets and offered to send us a check in the amount of one month's car payment on the 2021 Rogue, around $470. That was several weeks ago. We never received a check, and ************************** has not responded to several messages and voicemails I have left for him.

              Went to pinebelt nissan and was conned into some kind of 10 yr warramty.. for $4000.00 was not told optional nor price and was led to believe this was actually the current warranty on vehicle not some thing I'd be charged for. . I'm a 68 yr old disabled woman with brain function issues. and was rushed and conned into this vehicle.. He even insisted I take vehicle immediatley DIDNT EVEN WANT MY DEPOSIT JUST TOLD ME HE WOULD SEND **** and drove it to my house even though I asked to wait so I could think and go over papers. . My bad for not reading everything but thought I could trust them.. when confronted I was told this was explained to me and I had coverage for 10 yrs and roadside...I already have AAA platinum on my other vehicle. He said I have roadside and hotel fees if car breaks down !!!! HUH??? I HAVE ROADSIDE SND TOWING AND COVERAGE ALREADY ON MY INSURANCE AND AAA I believe he saw I was eligible for the extra $4000 on my credit and stuck this into deal with me thinking it was the regular warranty which should cover car bring that it only has 4600. Miles . Why wouldn't it still be covered he never mentioned cost and while we were talking about warranties all of a sudden his lapped wouldn't work for initials and and he disappeared into back to fix.. so I became confused because of short term memory and being rushed and then he came back and we were onto a different discussion about politics while we waited for ok from finance.. ********** agreed on a 462. ...I still don't understand but I'm taking g car back todsy.. He also talked me into paying for a used car what I would have paid for a new one ..I was rushed and totally back handed all for a commission at 68 yrs old.. I LEARNED A LONG TIME AGO TO TAPE EVERY LEGAL TRANSACTION Due to brain function .NO WHERE DOES HE TELL ME HOW MUCH THIS THING COSTS OR THAT TOTALLY OPTIONAL I REALLY BELIEVE I was conned and am bringing car back today....I didn't drive car off lot he did!!!! Beware of this dealer!!!!!!!
