              I purchased a new pump for my sprinkler system in 2021. A few months after the top pipe on the pump blew off due to pressure build up. I call the company and it was fixed until a few months later the same problem. The company has been out to fix the same problem 5 times. I finale asked for a new pump and the company said that it was passed the one year guarantee. The problem started well before and they will not replace or now fix the pipe that has yet again popped off the pump. The company has refused to talk to me they just dropped me as a customer.

              It is one of the worst businesses we dealt with. When we bought a house in *************, the sprinkler system was leaking, and Pacific Lawn Sprinkler tech came and fixed the leak in July for about $550. As senior citizens, we are not sure about the winterizing procedure. We covered the exposed area with insulation. But when we turned it on in the last week of July, again it started leaking and we called the same company and thought it was in the guaranteed time frame for fixing it. The tech told us that we didn't winterize properly and fixed it last week charged us about $250 more and said we were ready to use the system. Again the system breakdown and the tech said we had to replace the system and left. It was a bad experience with the customer service also. We don't recommend this company for future work.
